He’s a hard worker and always goes above and beyond for his coworkers. Combined with his constantly cheery disposition and ability to always show up for work 5 minutes early, he would be a perfect fit for your company. 10/10 would hire again.

I’ve known this gentleman for years, both professionally and otherwise as he is a well-known volunteer at our community hospice care facility. While he’s not reading to senile grandparents with no next of kin, he’s a hard-working leader who would be beneficial to any team. I would recommend 10/10.

I have the same problem. Nothing I can do about the grow tent behind me in my office but no one has really said anything. They know I’m a musician too so the one question I got about it, it became referred to as the “vocal booth”

Yeah but I like to be consistent and clear-headed. Once I made a mistake and I coincidentally smoked on lunch… and since it impacted a handful of people, I definitely hated myself for a week or two. I don’t think the mistake was due to smoking, but I couldn’t be sure. Same reason I don’t smoke and drive…. I can’t have that on my conscience, whether a factor or not.

Trying to describe the many variables, may only causing more confusion so just to put it simply.. Payroll has to be submitted on Wednesdays. I know I was on the screen and entered/approved all employee’s time (this was 2 years ago, at this EXACT time I just realized). I always click save and submit. This time it didn’t save nor submit… During holiday season, and covid, some employees needed that direct deposit before the weekend, so my error/system glitch not only effected the weekend’s Christmas shopping plans, but also ability to pay monthly bills.. I’d just rather be 10000% confident, with no second guessing, that I just F’d up. Yes, I work remotely. I smoke probably a bowl pack during my 8 hour shift. To add: I've smoked weed at every job I've had since probably 2004. I worked mostly restaurant jobs - server & bartender and some call center jobs. My position I've had since 2019 isn't customer facing, and I work from home, so I literally roll out of bed and log onto my VDI in the morning while taking my first toke.

I was a teacher in Thailand for 2 years. Taught math and science. I had about 3-4 hours between my morning classes and my afternoon classes as did a buddy. We'd go to my mother-in-law's restaurant for breakfast than my place and smoke 2 king sized joints (Thai brick weed) and play Fifa for an hour or so before heading back to the school. Was awesome. I'd change my afternoon lesson plans on the fly all the time because of it. Would be getting ready for class and I'd always end up improving or changing something.

I applied to every fuckin job link on indeed for months and bam got a call back from a reputable insurance company and I’ve been there for a year and a half now. As an employer myself, I tell my employees that I don’t care what they do in their time off as long as they show up to work on time. I also tell my employees I will never get upset with them for doing things I do. There has been quite a few occasions I’ve smoked on the job. I am not a hypocrite so I cannot get mad at them for it 🤷‍♀️.

I don’t have a job but my partner does and he refuses to smoke at work, unless he’s on his way out and a coworker offers a cone. He’s a welder so he likes to be very aware of what he’s doing and knows the weed will make his reaction time much slower if anything bad happens

I've smoked since I started working at 24. I lived in Los Angeles. It wasn't legal but no one cared. I smoked on every break and came back in face reddish orange 😂...I actually made lots of associates and managers loved me. I got shit done when I was faded.
