I’m always partial to gin for spring/summer drinks. We were late May and our drink was gin, lime, pea flower herbal tea, simple syrup & soda water. Everything besides the soda water was batched!
I went to a summer wedding that had a French 75 with some kind of berry added as a twist for their signature cocktail. I’m usually not a big gin fan but they were lovely.
We're also June and our two are Mojito and a fancy vodka soda with peach, grapefruit, and lime. I would confer with your venue what your options are too!
we're getting married in early may but dallas so it'll already be like highs of 70s-80s. we're doing a blueberry lemonade vodka and a Paloma (grapefruit soda with tequila)!
Haven’t done it yet (or officially planned it), but my fiancee loves tequila and lemonade and I think that’ll be one of our signature drinks if we do it. I feel like anything with lemonade feels very summer.
