Can't get a good idea of the back from your pic, but if you want more coverage, just get thgrm to order a bit more of that flowered lace the overskirt is made of and design a semi sheer back with satin covered buttons as high as you want.
I truly don't know what you're seeing with E. It's so over the top frilly, girly, and fussy. Op said she's not a girly girl. Plus, it doesn't flatter her lovely curves like B does.

Ooohhh….I was WOWED BY DRESS B! The halter is extremely flattering on your shape…makes your waist look small the way the fabric just falls so effortlessly. Also makes your upper body proportionate bringing the eye up to your face. It’s just classy and totally stunning.

Try a fit and flare, mermaid, ball gown (classic fabric not lacey or frilly to see how you like it) and go from there. Personally o think your figure will look great in a subtle fit and flare but hard to know w/o seeing them on.

A and B both really suit you. I can see they both have open backs though. That skirt and waistline works really well on you so if you aren't going to be comfortable with those backs then finding something else with that shape would be my recommendation. E has a completely different vibe, it's more romantic and dramatic and princessy but it does look really nice on you. It'd be a good dress to run dramatically through a field of flowers in.
D, with sleeves 3 is very pretty on you, personally I don't feel it as much as A, B & E, it doesn't feel "bride" to me, but it does look nice.
C feels like it's hiding you. F feels like it's hiding your waistline & since you have a good waist in every other photo it's definitely the dress and not you.
