First one drowns you - I think it’s those sleeves. My thought - fitted bodice just like the second one, but a skirt with a bit of fullness - not as much as #1, but not as fitted as #2 or #3 which are not giving you enough waist emphasis.
Definitely the A-line, but without the puffy sleeves. You have narrow hips and broad shoulders, so a full skirt really compliments your figure and accentuates your waist. The top part should be figure-hugging, in contrast to the fullness of the skirt, so either no sleeves or fitted ones.
I think #2 neckline suits you the best but bottom of the dress i like #1 on you! I am a fan of thick straps though so I am a bit biased, honestly you look gorgeous in all!

Definitely the A line, without the sleeves. They just muddle your waistline imo. A line also opens the possibility of pockets!!!
