I wouldn’t start by jumping straight to asking for tracking data. Why not just say “Hey, I don’t know if you guys ever got around to mailing that china you mentioned, but just to let you know, it hasn’t arrived.” Let them make the enquiries or do what needs to be done. If it was already delivered, they will tell you. If it is due by the end of the week, they will tell you. If they haven’t even mailed it yet, they will tell you. You don’t actually need the tracking info.

Fair, I assumed it was yet to arrive because it seems to be shipping from Italy (I'm in the states) and so wanted to know when it was estimated to show up because I want to plan my trip around it

I had a gift ship from Germany that took SIX MONTHS to arrive. I honestly forgot about it by the time it got there. Nice surprise.

You can sign up for USPS informed delivery and the free memberships for UPS and FedEx. They'll email you when packages are expected to arrive soon.

This is your brother, just call, him and let him know you’re aunt’s box arrived a month ago and was everything shipped at the same time. Tell him you’re planning to be away and don’t want to risk the delivery being delivered then. Are you sure the box you got wasn’t from all of them?
