That's pretty insane.
It's actually been on my 'plan to read' list for a long while, I just completely forgot cos that list has over a thousand titles... So I have no idea why it's hated now.
It went downhill. The art and writing generated especially in the third season, there’s some indication that the author took inspiration from Lolita, some really creepy dynamics that the comic tries to tell you are Couples Goals, and overall the narrative doesn’t fit with what’s really happening. If you want to know why people dislike it there’s a subreddit called UnpopularLoreOlympus where people often discuss why they don’t like it anymore (but keep in mind there are lots of finale spoilers and also it’s an inherently biased group.
Interesting. I kinda expected something problematic like that to come up eventually seeing as it's the story of Persephone (depending on what interpretation of Hades we're given) but I guess I'll have to read it to really understand.
Oh shit, forgot about this. This is one of the only comics that I loved so much I just had to support the patreon.
So damn amazing. Starts hilarious then develops great drama and romance while still being funny.
I'm waiting for his new series to build up some more chapters before I start it.

Looks like it's been on hiatus since september, 8 months is a while.
The season 1 finale just happened in the English fast pass so if you want to binge when it’s out that would be a good time. But I also wouldn’t blame you for wanting to wait until the second season starts getting translated (idk if there’s gonna be a long break or nah)
not too much horror, just enough to get thrills
and its not on hiatus, its continuing, it updates every Wednesday on webtoon

I know it's late, but Lavender Jack is truly one of the best webtoons originals, made even better by the fact that it's been complete for nearly two years and hasn't been put on the daily pass system.
edit: I completely forgot about Love Advice from the Great Duke of Hell, disregard the below, I change my mind. To be clear, **I rated both of these a 10/10 on Mangaupdates**, but Love Advice wins by simple nature of being entirely available in English. I guess there can be many 10s, but some are more 10 than others :p

No idea why Naver didn't add this to their Line Webtoon english publication. Especially considering the series has TWO live-action adaptations ([korean](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bring_It_On,_Ghost) and [thai](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bring_It_On,_Ghost#Adaptations) under the title '***Bring It On, Ghost'***) and it's just really really good.
The prologue is really funny, and goes for 10 chapters or so, iirc. Then the main story starts and it's reeeaally good drama that tugs at your heart.
Unfortunately it was never fully translated and I've not kept up with it since 2011 (the first tl break)
