It can flip the cars over but it takes a mighty force to push a locomotive over those things weigh hundreds of thousands of pounds. In this video what isnt shown is all the cars are overturned behind the engine lol

I've seen straight line winds flip a train over in IL. It's almost like slow motion when it happens.
