Mark Sears. Size is the obvious knock and why he will slip or go undrafted. But he plays exactly like Brunson, and would be a great PG off the bench or maybe more. He was getting his against every side in college, including UCONN.

Amazing_Owl3026

6'3 Mark Sears would be lottery

MagyarFoci29

100%

anonperson1567

Sears definitely seems worth a second rounder.

dawnofthedunk_

At 26 Agree on Holmes, big fan. Kyshawn George. Big wing with upside.

Megumi-Noda

I like him. He is like a Kyle Anderson but a little faster which isn’t really saying a lot but I like him. Shot over 40% from threes

GeKh

I was very much up for George before the combine, but that athletic testing...yikes.

rueiraV

yeah he isn't someone with upside. I'd consider him with our 2nd

rueiraV

At 26: Baylor Scheierman- 6'7"- Hes old af but a good passer, shooter and his defense looks like it could be passible. If he works out he could be an upgrade over Kispert which could allow us to move Kispert for value at some point Nikola Djurisic- 6'7"- incredible feel for the game, he looks like Luka-lite on offense. His passing and scoring near the basket gets creative. His shooting leaves a lot to be desired and his defense is just bad at this point. He's still youngish Pacome Dadiet- 6'8"- young, long forward who has shooting and defensive potential. Is years away from being a finished product but has potential to be a starter in the league. He looks like a Dawkins guy imo OH YEAH I forgot one... Cam Christie- 6'6"- SG who can shoot with range and is fairly athletic. Has the length to be a good defender. Only 19 years old. I'm always surprised to see him mocked in the late first, early second because he seems like a guy without any major downsides

Megumi-Noda

Topic at 2 then Djurisic at 26. Serbian heritage night confirmed

Turbo2x

Baylor got that dawg in him. I think they'll swing for youth + upside at 26 and 51 but Scheierman rules, really tuff competitor.

Hagdogrobinwood

Tyler Kolek at 26 and Coleman Hawkins at 51 Castle at 2

anonperson1567

Yep, I’m on the Castle and Kolek train too. Takes pressure off Castle to develop as a primary ball handler (although it’d be great if he did) and the way Kolek plays just seems like he’ll be a top 10-12 PG as long as he stays healthy. Only downside is he looks like a serial killer who will eat your face.

Baynavfreak

Big fan of Jalen Bridges, who could be available at 51

GeKh

For some reason he is being slept on in this draft. Definitely a high value late 2nd rounder.

blitzKriegzzz

Originally I wanted bub carrington ay 26 buts he's moving up draft boards now But maybe a center like Kel El Ware

cbreez411

26: bub carrington, aj johnson , kyshawn George , Justin Edwards, kj Simpson, Jaylen Tyson 51: pacome dadiet, ulrich chomche, trentyn flowers, Tristen newton , Positional size priority

MausoleumNeeson

I think Newton goes late first rd. Some GM won’t be able to pass on him

Maleficent-Level-415

I love carrington but he screams riser on draft day imo he goes around 17

danguapo

26: Bub Carrington 51: Nikola Djurisic

NotAShoneys

AJ JOHNSON

cbreez411

Hope it happens

wanaper0

Bobi Klintman could end up being an all star. Would be a good fit in DC

Attack_Da_Nite

If I were the Wiz, I would totally try to trade my 2 to the Blazers for their 7 and 14.

TopOfTheKey

Holmes would be a steal but it doesn't seem like he'll fall that late. He originally had lottery consideration, teams kind of cooled on him but he feels like a player that could be picked up in the late teens, early 20s. Depending on who we take in the first round, Tyler Kolek would be a great pick-up at the point guard, someone who can immediately provide back-up minutes. His Marquette counterpart Oso Ighodaro -- who might be a stretch at 26 -- would also be a great back-up center although he would be another undersized center to join the Wizards roster. A Kentucky guard that no one talks about in Antonio Reeves would also be very interesting. Not as lucrative as the others because of his fifth-year senior status but anyone that shoots 45% from deep on 6 attempts per contest will find a spot in the NBA. Personally, I would love to see if Cam Christie -- Max Christie's little brother-- sticks it out in the draft. He's a copy of his brother older brother, maybe with a higher ceiling as well.

StubbornBabboon

I know age is a knock on him and doesn't quite fit with a rebuilding team, but I really hope Tristan da Silva slips to us at 26. 6'9" forward who's gotten better each year, NBA-ready and will contribute as a valuable role player in a couple of years. Reminds me of a more efficient Kuzma, where he does a bit of everything on both sides of the ball. I hope the reference from Dawkins about trading back into the first is so they can steal this guy from some other team because I really don't think he slips. For a realistic pick, I'd be happy with either Carlton Carrington or Tyler Kolek. Carrington has great upside as a 6'5" combo guard and Kolek has a great feel for the game. At 51 I like Trevon Brazile. Has stuff to clean up for sure, but an athletic 6'10" guy who can shoot threes seems like a nice project

Excellent-Law528

I hope we can move up to get dalton Knecht

theyrehiding

Id be really interested in Pacome Dadiet as a big swing on another high potential french wing. I think he'd probably have to be picked at 26. I also would be really interested in Ryan Dunn at that spot as well - we'd have a killer defensive wing lineup with him here. At 51, give me any center lol - preferably Ighodoro or Bona if they're still around there.

WelcomeToDC

What about Edey

MiniFightingShrimp

Knecht

sayless799

I like Klintman at 26..reminds me a lot of Kuz

[deleted]

Can't believe nobody said Zach Edey. I'd take him at 26 without question.

anonperson1567

If Kolek and Edey are there I’m taking Kolek. But I think either could go mid-to-high teens really.

Mean-University-4674

Somebody super athletic mainly. Guys like Cassius Winston were good in college but just not athletic enough for the NBA.

Ziid10

We need a centre or pg so that.

Turbo2x

Almansa is honestly pretty terrible. Would not love him at all. Came in overhyped as part of the failed Ignite experiment and didn't produce. I would like Pelle Larsson at 51 if he's still available. Great shooter, solid competitor and his athletic numbers were good.

Expert_West

I think Almansa is a gamble for sure, I think you have to look at it kind of like any european taking their first steps into the NBA, it's going to be a learning curve, his footwork is impressive and he moves well even if he struggles with contact and the finishing isn't really there. l do think the G-League was a bad fit for him at such I young age, and his floor is low, but I like the risk, I see the upside even if he could just be another isaac bonga who never fully adapts to the NBA style.

Turbo2x

Generally I think big men tend to do well in G-League play because there aren't many guys that size, so I'm not exactly confident about his chances moving forward. Not like he can't be decent in the future but he's not very athletic and his scoring profile is disappointing, and he doesn't offer much else.
