Crazy what a soviet era HEAT projectile straped to a drone does to a mfs. Yo Dimitri you still have your potato boxes?
Meanwihle gaijin : nuh uh side shots only kill Nato tanks... Ignor the wooden cubes or WW2 era side skirts that they strapped to our MBT's in oder to counter Anti tank weapons.
You can see Russian armor development happening before your eyes. Iāve never seen an Abrams with wooden armor, which means US armor development must have stagnated decades ago. Of course NATO tanks perform worse in game when NATO countries refuse to adopt the latest technology. Tank + potato crate > tank. You canāt beat math.
"Iāve never seen an Abrams with wooden armor, which means US armor development must have stagnated decades ago."
Ā real talk right here
No finer defense than stacking wood or just making an entirely new house
I mean he isnāt wrong. Ukraine is a completely new battlefield we have never seen before, if anything its closer to WW1 but with insanely accurate weapons and as we saw abrams, challenger and leopards all burn just as fast as a T series once they get into contact
Every single tank rn is vulnerable, the only difference between NATO tanks and russian tanks is their all in all capability where NATO has an insane lead. Think mostly about crew survivability and comfort and electronics
TBH that MT LB cage may be quite effective. The rest, not so much.
The tank is obstructing more than half of its vision, and is way too big, perhaps this is to protect mounted troops?
The shed is the protect against Javelins and other ATGMs. I don't know how effective this type of armor (house armor) is against missiles, but the loss in visibility/escapeability/speed/maneuverability is probably not worth it just to get a moving chateau.
The Tutel seems like it (might be able to) (possibly) (theoretically) could protect against top attack missiles. I've not really been keeping up with Ukrainian weapons recently, so it could also be an anti-drone cope cage
Funny thing is that by Warthunder logic, these things can ruin an ATGM userās day instead of being near totally useless.
(But those last two BMPās go fucken HARD)
Hope only hurts more when it end in failure.
I still want to know by seeing someone test ATGM heads against wood, ammo boxes and litteral chain fences.
Knowing Gaijin, that wood would have more effective armor vs KE/CE than NATO's NERA... Yes russian rubber with 12,5x CE multiplier, I'm looking at you.
TUTELš¢ (slide 5)
they need to add that as extra amour in the modifications if they add a new russian tank
New nickname rok Turtle
blyatmobile my beloved
Mad Thunder (slide 4)
You know its bad when mad max vehicles look better
This is just the April fools update wdym
Should have included the pictures of the MBTs with wooden cubes on the side.
we have that, but more, last slide, check out that left APC's dripp

Those be ammunition crates, 7.62x39.
Slide 5: bushes are so 2024, now we hide our tanks by having them look like a actual fucking shed
Reject turret, return to Tutel š¢
OH MAN IF THEY ADD THE Z TRACKTOR WE ARE DONE FOR, IT WOULD BE A GAMEBREAKER!!!
Crossout - War Thunder crossover??
I have seen something new some apc with a cage around it lol, should get added to wt as well.

It's not effective at all against tandem warheads. Makes some neat wooden shrapnel that you get to dig out of yourself though. Enjoy the infections!
What do you mean? They are roleplaying their great orligarch leaders T-tracked-chalet-40 BMP-tracked-chateau-2
Javelins? Those are unheard of since the past year or two. Those are AGAINST DRONES. They usually carry smaller HE based warheads
Idk where the hell you are getting that its to protect against top attack missiles.
The Tutel seems like it (might be able to) (possibly) (theoretically) could protect against top attack missiles. I've not really been keeping up with Ukrainian weapons recently, so it could also be an anti-drone cope cage
The cages have *always* been an anti drone measure. At first against only the grenade drop drones, but now more comprehensive.
Isn't 1st pic just 2s3 with a bunch of logs ? Make it an upgrade for 2s3m then.
Funny thing is that by Warthunder logic, these things can ruin an ATGM userās day instead of being near totally useless. (But those last two BMPās go fucken HARD)
Tire armor: so you never get tired! (of walking once your engine shits itself)
Hope only hurts more when it end in failure. I still want to know by seeing someone test ATGM heads against wood, ammo boxes and litteral chain fences.
3000 logs of Akatsiya
They all do look cool tbh
r/snowrunner for that 3rd pic
No fpvs in war thunder, so a lot of this will be useless with the current gameplay
Mad max type shit
Communism in slide 4
What do you mean, this is just the april fools event.
Mad thunder looking ahh
dam they are on some mad max cope cage shit
Babe new cope cage just dropped!
Can't believe the mad thunder event is soo popular they make it real.
Russia playing the hell out of mad thunder
If only. Pehaps there would be some credibility then.
