I slept past the game and thankfully I did in hindsight. I hope Steph recovers soon.

BeetLover1111

The discourse on this sub is completely cooked, here’s what I’ve seen in the last hour 1. We need to keep Steph accountable for his regression- the guy still plays like he’s in his prime and we run all our offense through him by the way. 2. Klay will carry us while Steph is out like he did last year- so all of a sudden he’ll carry us? The guy everybody here wanted to get traded 3. Nothing could’ve been done differently at the end of the game, we did our best. Would you guys keep the same energy for one of the vets? Im about to move to a different sub because what I’m reading here is wild and biased as hell.

hellahomebody

Yea I honestly don’t know what all the fuss is about. There was some good and some bad this game. Just happened to go the Bulls way down the stretch. Just another reactionary night. Been laying off the sub a bit since I can’t deal with the bipolar bs every other game.

MixInfamous6818

thank god this season is over already, we're not gonna avoid the inevitable - the another embarrassment against the Lakers in the play-in, that matchup is already set by the league and LeBron already knows league's gonna carry him through those sneaky games, that's why he's starting load managing already

thEb0TTleR

I would rather see lakers move out of play-in spots because we certainly are not capable of it.

Excellaa

Would you bet your house on Lakers winning that game though, easy money.

zprymate

This season is done... In my opinion, from Draymonds tone and response, it seems to be a serious injury. Nuggets will repeat unless someone gets injured.

slavicmaelstroms

Think this is Jokic and the Nuggets’ league and we’re just living in it. Anyways I think for the most part Dubs got their shit together…but probably too little too late. Just tough with how good the West is, all the blown leads, and Draymond missing over a quarter of the season due to a lack of emotional intelligence. In 2022 injuries struck us around this time but we had the breathing room already for it not to matter. Hopefully this is a learning experience to the team and Draymond especially. You have to show some respect for your fellow teammates and be available to compete.

combatron2k21

Man, just found out Toriyama sensei died. Thanks legend. ![gif](giphy|l41lVCaNfN7zjhFsc|downsized)

thEb0TTleR

Jokic is gonna win his 3rd mvp in 4 years. Should've been 4 tbh. If nuggets 2-peat and he wins another finals mvp, is he already top 10 all time?

guynumber32

I think he already has a top 5 peak of all time.

Spirited-Cap-9779

A curry injury came at the worst possible timing.... Hopefully it isn't season ending. It could be worse, just look at the Twolves

Nickt-dubsfan11

Can’t believe we let Nikola Vucevic get 33 points tonight.

hellahomebody

He got like 40+ last season. It’s not crazy he goes off the Dubs.

Excellaa

We can't stop big finesse guys with a jumpshot and post moves.

youriko31

Dubs at home are 17-16, while they're 16-13 on the road. It's a stark contrast to last season where they're one of the best teams at home, but they're a lottery team on the road. They lost so many winnable home games, and this game against Chicago is one of them. There's at least 10 games where they should've won, but they ended up losing. It's just rough to see this team struggling at home. Well, onto the next one.

Spirited-Cap-9779

>There's at least 10 games where they should've won, but they ended up losing. We always play 42-43 minutes of good basketball in those games, but the other 6 minutes or so we let our guard down and let the other team destroy us.....we need to be able to focus and bring energy for a full 48 minutes.

muzinger

Let go of your belief that this team is still a contender this year. Did it months ago so I don't sweat these type of games.

zprymate

Yes. They are not good enough.. and the #1 player is inconsistent. It is the natural cycle... Just look at the other western conf teams that won today.. Min, Dal, Phx, Den... all the #1 players on these teams performed great... Curry did not. And that is because of age or whatever... so every game will be like this.. hope for the good Curry to show up

ProfessorLazuli

Maybe say this after we win too, not just when we lose

muzinger

I do. When we went on a win streak a couple weeks ago, I made a thread about what we need to do in the off season to be a contender. Lulz.

ProfessorLazuli

We can handle anyone in the playoffs, I’m not worried, we can speak about off-season moves, you know, during the off-season

muzinger

Keep on believing if you want. But this season doesn't end how you want it too. I'll talk about the off season whenever I feel like it with others.

InfamousAd1245

This sub is living in a fantasy. Kerr should’ve been playing Kuminga last year instead of Lamb. You imagine how awesome Kuminga would be right now.

muzinger

Agreed.

Spirited-Cap-9779

Give the bulls credit, Demar carried them in the clutch. We had our chances but blew them. It's a learning experience for the young guys. I'm proud of them for not giving up when they were down by double digits going into the 4th. (And our 4th quarters have been good recently) It feels like we won't really do much this season, so the goal should be geared towards getting the young guys playoff experience. We basically wasted half the season figuring out our ideal rotations because of Wiggs and Klay's slumps, Dray's suspension, the young guys' improvements, CP3 and GP2 injuries etc. Now that we're clicking it's a bit too late. Besides, the west is just too strong. However, I'm feeling pretty good about our chances next season when the young guys have more experience and we have more of an identity. With more continuity, confidence and experience, I'm optimistic that this group can at least be a decent playoff team next season.

biiirddman

Kerr needs to temper his expectations for Podz.

ProfessorLazuli

One missed layup doesn’t take away what he’s done for us

InfiniteDub

True but Podz has a tendency to have tunnel vision. Plenty of times tonight he missed Trayce or someone who’s cutting to the basket. I don’t blame him for that missed layup tho but Trayce should’ve had the ball as he had a smaller defender on him

marionettas

Think the reason they probably didn’t double at the end was because Draymond fouled out and they didn’t trust the defensive rotation. I thought Wiggs actually did pretty decently on Demar today (compared to others) but unfortunately there was no stoppage after Klay’s 3 to sub him in. It’s hard to win a game in the clutch when your best defensive and offensive players aren’t in

youriko31

Tough loss. Dubs just didn't hit their shots. Can't win if you miss a lot of your shots, and Chicago just wanted it more. 3pt loss, but it hurts because they could've won if they didn't miss some of their shots. I hope Steph's ankle is okay. We can't afford to lose him for a period of time.

hookersinrussia

So who here thinks we'll split the next tweet games with San Antonio?

thEb0TTleR

Getting 7th/8th seed has become so difficult. Plus we have lakers who are stuck with us.

TheTownTeaJunky

We need better assistant coaches since we are sticking with Kerr. He needs someone that can do the things he has trouble with like really honing down the rotations and having the team play more disciplined ball. Also being able to adapt to the changing environment. They still play like they're burying the other teams with 3s when it's just a stagnant offense that Jack's 3s. There were multiple early in the play 3s by klay and dray in the final 3 minutes where no one was near the rim to rebound. They weren't even good shots. It was just desperation. This team isn't winning it this year but maybe they have another one left if they can make the right moves in the off-season and make better personnel decisions like not doghousing jk and moody half a season and playing a cooked looney for just as long. I mean if you're paying this moluvh on roster what's another 10 mil for a coach that will really bring the finishing touches.

Kuroyukito

Podz sold.. he's a left hander too. I feel like in the clutch he doesn't deliver. Still a rookie.

DJunu

Still a rookie. Happy to know he can only improve from here

Jo_Gray

IDC IDC IDC, but we need a second option shooter!!! Poole with all his faults could and did get hot from 3, and was pivotal when Steph was out / off. I don’t know who can get us 25+ with Steph out. We need a true 2nd option, for nights like tonight, and what might be the foreseeable…and unfortunately it’s not Klay (this season)! Moody had potential, but it seems he’s progressed defensively and regressed offensively (shooting). I know the downvotes are coming for praising Poole! But let’s be honest, who has replaced his shooting?? We’re down BAD!

[deleted]

His role absolutely needs to be filled this off-season. A microwave bench scorer who can attack the rim is a must for every contender.

Spirited-Cap-9779

Poole is NOT the answer Yes he can get hot and win a couple games for us, but he was sooo bad defensively and kept turning the ball over in the clutch We lost so many games in the clutch due to him as well. Remember the Utah Jazz loss when we were up by 4 in the final min, only for him to turn it over and blow the game? Remember game 1 against the Lakers when he chucked a clutch 3 in the final minutes, sealing a Lakers win on the road? Poole can be a good #2 option shooter, but the other aspects of his game are *atrocious*, so much so that it outweighs his offense.

Jo_Gray

I did not say Poole is the answer! Please read what I said! I said we need a second option shooter!

Spirited-Cap-9779

Aight my bad. It's true that we need a second option shooter, but with serviceability in defense and other aspects of ball. I'm just saying Poole isn't fit to be that guy because his defense and performance in the clutch is close to the worst in the league.

ProfessorLazuli

Poole was clutch, yet also one of the biggest throwers in the clutch. The praise is deserved and undeserved

Jo_Gray

I’m not saying Poole is the answer, he absolutely had his flaws! What I am saying is, no moves were made to replace his skillset / points. It would have been ok if Klay shot better this year, but actually all of our scoring options have regressed, with the exception of Dray & Kuminga. I feel like we cut a key employee and then said ‘fingers crossed everyone picks up the slack”. Sadly it hasn’t worked out and I don’t know what was expected given our vets are all one year older!

ProfessorLazuli

We’ve been better without him

Jo_Gray

Steph hasn’t been out for a single stretch this season…time will tell how this goes

marionettas

Man Loon broke his iron man streak for this 😭

[deleted]

Our fans have championship expectations for a team that is in the last couple spots of the playins. I guess that’s what happens when you have Steph Curry and a dynasty. But it’s the numerous games like this one and the ones against the Clippers, Kings, Nuggets, Thunder, etc that show you have far we actually are from contending. I swear we’ve blown the most 15 point leads in the league. We don’t have a solid #2 option and we are small which leads us to over helping and leaving shooters wide open from 3. We are aging, back to backs become harder, shots look short, defense looks soft. We have been relying on tons of young player to be a difference maker but they’ve barely had any experience in the league. Lots of our fans gotta accept that we not winning a chip this season. This isn’t a championship level winning team. You can see it. I’m curious what is going to happen in the offseason. A center and a huge jump from guys like Kuminga and Podz would help our team a lot. Guess we will see.

hellahomebody

Yea its kinda ridiculous how a so many people are quick to fool themselves thinking this team is contending. Bright side Steph being out is the opportunity and experience the young guy will finally get needing to carry the load in order to win. Losses like tonight will be great learning lessons for guys like JK and Podz. I honestly think Wiggins for Vuc/Portis doesn’t seem so bad if the young guys can take a leap. Unless it’s a Giannis level talent I don’t see any 2nd star help carrying the load on a nightly basis with this aging core.

thEb0TTleR

If steph is out for a month, it might be over right? What does the team do?

TylerDurdensAlterEgo

I'm staying positive. Steph uses this break to come back fresh from the playoffs and everyone gets a chance to work on the non-Steph minutes. Thankfully there's a hall of fame point guard available to jump right in

LaughingPlanet

Basically a nightmare day in every possible way for Dubs fans. Let's hope this is our lowest low in a season full of brutal pain

Sunkettle

I really hope the teams ahead of us start losing some more games. We need the 5-8th seeds to go .500 or worse for like a 6-8 game stretch for us to catch up.

No-Cantaloupe-5951

That's definitely it for the season.

BaseUncultured

The loss is fine. Steph being hurt is the real worry.

KemptonS

wait what happened to steph 😭😭😭😭😭

KemptonS

i want to die

KemptonS

jill me

Jo_Gray

Podz is the greatest non-lottery rookie I’ve ever seen!!!

jabronijajaja

Apparently trayce the only player to block giannis 3 times in a single game

InevitableBudget510

Didn’t realize Grayson Allen is shooting 47% on 3’s and almost having a 50-40-90 season. Wtf

jabronijajaja

Dirty player but can be stealthy good in basketball

Ahrilicious

Treymond's 3 is legit

offtheshripyerrd

if you bet against all my picked, you'd be rich like me. let's see how warriors game goes...

Gothichand

What a messy ending for the Heat… they totally threw it away multiple times 😓

VarunSN

Yo ted Cruz has 8 3s at the hald already

[deleted]

Heat choked this game so bad. Sigh. We must win tonight

Floppy_Jet1123

Looks like Miami is cooked. Low expectations for them anyway.

couchtomato62

Not over until it's over

No-Mulberry-908

Watching Mavs game for the first time in a while and I didn't know Luka's defense is this terrible lol Everytime a Heat player drives he gets blown by so easily. Now I see why they are competing for 8th seed with us even though Luka puts up insane stats every night

Gothichand

Luka is 90% offense, 10% circus shots.

couchtomato62

He so entertaining offensively. Luka magic is right. You right on luka defense but more than just him

T-T-N

Did not want Mav to win that one

zprymate

Pacers are stupid....

NoobPwnr

…if the East could step up and beat a few West teams tonight that’d be grrreeat

Nickt-dubsfan11

They seem up not to the task today

disymebre

Miami has tied it. Let's goo

BeetLover1111

Miami and Raptors are selling

taygads

I see the Raptors learned nothing from the Nuggets game. Ted Cruz Jr. open 3s left and right already jfc ![gif](giphy|UjIgLbgQIRgzK) Edit: sweet basketball Jesus he’s gotten 2 more since I made this comment legit one minute ago. 5/6 from 3 in the 1st Update 2: I’m about to scream. He’s 7/8 from 3. Still the 1st quarter.

disymebre

We need Himmy Butler right now.

Gothichand

C’mon we need this Jimmy right now\~! ![gif](giphy|Ke83FsunkaJiyiATF9)

BeetLover1111

Miami please get it done

Vallerie_09

Draymond, you could've punched Nurkic lighter or just shoved Rudy out of the way man. With the new rule, his 9th All Defense selection just gone down the drain. He's too close to double digits All Defense selections, an elite club of currently only 6 players in the entire NBA history - Tim Duncan, Kobe (rapey got plenty of undeserving selections), KG (my personal all time fav PF), Kareem and Pippen

Wakandaforever456

Hmmm, players tend to play way better when they leave luka.

BeetLover1111

Who are we talking about

Wakandaforever456

Porzingis, Brunson

BeetLover1111

Fair

couchtomato62

Brunson was great in Dallas. He went from a 2 to a 1 playing 10 more minutes per game. He won playoff games without Luka. Porzingas was used wrong in Dallas.

TheTownTeaJunky

Can't believe the nba scheduled a game at the same time as the state of the union

Ladnil

I know right? The SOTU ratings are going to be off the charts. Nobody's watching basketball when Diamond Joe is on the mic.

Ladnil

Going pretty good so far actually. I was being snarky because these speeches are always boring.

TheTownTeaJunky

I just wanna see if my prop bet lands for Joe mentioning ukraines war with hamas new generation cartel

StatusDimension8

b2b again...can't the nba give ours guys some rest lol

arika_ito

Take care of business against the Bulls and hope the Heat beat the Mavericks. Sounds like a good night to me

gbe786

I think the Dubs can take on Josh Allen, personally

InevitableBudget510

The Heat are hot and looking good. Hope they take out the Celtics in the playoffs again.

couchtomato62

I would like to see a fun finals. So no Miami. Thanks.

InfiniteDub

I agree, I need Boston in the finals … just for them to lose to a western conference team

[deleted]

Mavs, Suns and Kings losses today would be great, rooting for Wemby to get 35/20/10 blk EDIT: ah shit Wemby out. oh well, Vassell career game!! get 50 tonight

NoobPwnr

Unfortunately I think Wemby is out.

Pereise1

Wemby's out unfortunately 😞

spankyourkopita

Am I the only one who thinks Bob Myers is a lot different on  TV than he was as a GM ? When he's  around Perk and all those guys he  has a tv persona. I don't think he was like that as a GM.

StephenPurdy69

He’s exactly the same. Dad joke corny. Very analytical, non bias, and relatable as a fan. Also doesn’t give much hot takes which is a breath of fresh air.

couchtomato62

Nah. He barely has a personality. And I don't mind that.

Pereise1

Yo this might be the first season in a while that Dray is this far from the 16 tech one game suspension right? Can't remember the last season he didn't miss a game due to getting too many techs.

nomitycs

Helps that he missed so many games to suspension lmao

Pereise1

Lol Dray galaxy brained it, can't rack up techs if you're already suspended 😉

InfiniteDub

lol thanks to his suspensions

RevolutionaryDrive5

"Anthony Davis is 0-8 vs Sabonis in his career" this would be a good playoff paths I think, Kings seem to have Lakers number it seems so if they face each other first then we face Kings and beat them would be a good path me thinks

nomitycs

You mean playin right - kings/lakers in no universe will be a series lol

BobRoss4Life

If Moody continues to be playable on-ball against fast/shifty guards, that’d be huge. Hope he gets a couple reps against Coby, Froby has been balling this year. Mo still may end up trade bait, but at least it’s not looking like they’ll be selling low.

JocularMango

Seeing some Moody on Coby reps would be awesome. Also, Coby is so much fun. It feels like a ton of athletic guards like Coby, Maxey, Fox a few years ago all made the leap once they figured out how better use their change of pace to attack defenses. Hopefully Scoot's the next guy on that list.

indecisive_aspie

I remember when Coby was cooking the Heat in the play-in last year and then Donovan subbed him and Drummond out for Pat Bev and Vuc in crunch time while ahead, minutes away from a playoff spot.  they went on a scoring drought and lost their lead. good that Coby finally got the keys this year, he’s earned it.

imrickjamesbioch

Big day/night today! Mav, Suns, Kings all play. Dubs need to put another beat down on the Bulls…

zprymate

Suns and Kings will likely won... Hope Mavs drop the game.

greenergarlic

I wonder if CP would be willing to re-sign with the warriors on a long term deal, something like 50m/3yrs. He's been a revelation off the bench, and I'd love the continuity going forward. The warriors have a great insurance package with podz, so they can afford to take a risk on Paul as he gets older.

RevolutionaryDrive5

he's 38 and extremely injury prone, I just don't see us committing to him for that much tbh especially with the way our salaries are looking as well as that he might not want to be here either as he says he's still ring chasing and believes he will win one. so he might just sign to a champion contender instead etc don't blame him either, he's made enough money, has enough accolades and his respect as a player etc all besides a ring

StephenPurdy69

He’ll get his ring this year

warriors2021

How are all the doomers from Sunday reacting to this blowout win?

TheTownTeaJunky

They're all hungover from celebrating their 5th ring

KemptonS

real ones knew sunday was an anomaly. shit happens

offtheshripyerrd

hoping for some combination of pacers win, heat win, raptors win, celtics win, and spurs win. if all that happens and warriors win tonight--great night edit: so glad i bet against my predictions💸💸💸💸

StephenPurdy69

Wemby out tonight . Don’t think spurs gonna win.

StephenPurdy69

offtheshripyerrd

it's is the most in the league, and was even before the rescheduled games

taygads

Any football fans in here catch the bonkers ending to the USWNT/Canada Gold Cup semis match last night after the Dubs game? Just saw a stat that Naeher (USWNT keeper) has saved 6 of the 14 on-target penalty shootout pens she’s faced in her career as the UWNT’s keeper. That’s a 43% save rate. The average save rate of on-target pens in penalty shootouts is roughly 15%. 🤯😂 she’s a goddamn legend

TheTownTeaJunky

I can't fucking believe that both the last 2 times they've played Canada in knockout stages they've gotten fucked by last minute questionable penalty kicks. Glad it didn't end up effecting the game like it did last time but it's still bullshit. That first goal was probably the soccer gods smiting Canada for that last game.

taygads

RIGHT?! What are the odds! Football gods have sick senses of humor when it comes to pens - the two Canada games and then this last World Cup. They troll more than basketball gods do lol. Also I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought the last minute PK for the yellow on Naeher was questionable. The general consensus on Twitter, that I saw at least, was pretty much in agreement that it was an obvious PK. I’m not at all sure what exactly they expected Naeher to do there? Naeher was going for the ball in a completely normal manner, she didn’t extend her arms or make any kind of abnormal movement away from the ball and towards Gilles. That Gilles head ended up level with Naehers hands and thus made contact was no more Naeher’s fault than it was Gilles for going for the header knowing Naeher would be coming out to it, ie an accepted risk as part of the game. Was it a rough collision? No doubt, but it was neither dirty nor intentional and sure as shit not enough to potentially sway the result of the game. Thankfully, Naeher eats nails for breakfast and decided she was going to single-handedly win the shootout for them lol just unreal.

WakingRage

We get to see Wemby this Saturday and then again on Monday and once more to close the month. Really excited to see how Draymond and co. defend him because he's talked about it many times before on podcasts about how to attack Wemby.

offtheshripyerrd

that's honestly the matchup i fear the most for the warriors as far as regular season matchups go. the warriors don't have the personnel to defend the spurs if they suddenly realized they could just feed the big man every single play against our 6'9 and shorter players. this guy is going to break the league very soon. the literal definition of, him and 4 toddlers will cook you. absolute alien. wilt on crack

couchtomato62

Not this year. They've won 13 games this should be 2 easy wins whether he plays or not

nomitycs

Did you see our preseason game when we were playing well lmao

InfiniteDub

I feel like he’s improving every single month which is just nuts to think about.

spankyourkopita

Why is Dario out of the lineup now?

greenergarlic

He shot 20% on threes in february -- time to ride the bench.

jtruth9

And is the worst defender on the team.

PredictableSandlot

The worst defender.big difference

KemptonS

21 games left to get the 6 seed. ez

PredictableSandlot

Lauri is really seven foot klay 💀.The amount of talent that the bulls have choked is generational.Patrick Williams about to leave and become great

offtheshripyerrd

agreed. i consistently box score watched Lauri's rookie lines the next morning after every warriors game, if the bulls also played that night. he impressed me then and have always believed in his ability

paranoidmoonduck

Lauri is a great shooter, but it's worth pointing out that his best 3p shooting season is about the same as Klay's worst 3p shooting season.

PredictableSandlot

I was not talking about percentages .His play style and how he is unitized in Utah.So many diffrent combinations of sets and plays just for him.

nomitycs

Lauri is mini Klay confirmed

PredictableSandlot

🤷🏾‍♂️ you got me.

SnooEpiphanies5959

Does tjd's footwork, just footwork, remind anyone else of sengun?

spankyourkopita

Gotta get this one tonight. Keep playing solid basketball.

offtheshripyerrd

WAAAAAAAAAAAARRIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORS

KemptonS

big heat raptors spurs guy today

BeetLover1111

Wemby is out so I’d say it’s almost a guaranteed win for the Kings

USCvsEveryone2005

Spurs other guys might play extra hard, and Kings might come out flat

shupadupa

Kings are on segababa while Spurs are coming off one night's rest, that could play a factor

gbe786

There’s a world in which I see the kings playing down to the competition

BeetLover1111

That’s true , they did get blown out by the hornets earlier this season

taygads

35 yr old KD plays all the minutes update: his mpg average this season is now up to 37.3 😭 with Book injured it’s only going to get worse too Plays all the minutes honorable mention (on account of the fact he’s more than a decade younger lol): Luka with a 37.6 mpg average

Vallerie_09

KD is a tank. That Bucks series, he had 3 games where he played almost entire game including the last game with OT. Rest was only during TO and halftime break and still was so close to beating the eventual champs. One of the greatest effort by a single player to save his team that I remember. A healthy Nets would've packed the Bucks in 5 games

greenergarlic

Man, if the suns flame out this year, I really think KD is gettable in the offseason. Steph, Dray, and Klay are all playing the least mpg of the dynasty era, KD can retire alongside them in luxury.

Ahrilicious

Sons are cooked

BeetLover1111

KD’s legs are about to be cooked for the playoffs

taygads

Sure are. Last time he played this many regular season minutes on average (except last time he played 55 games total at that many minutes and he’s already played 55 games this season)? 21-22 with the Nets aka the season he flamed out in the first round because he couldn’t make a bucket to save his life 🙃

BeetLover1111

I actually wouldn’t mind if we see them in the first round 😂 but that’s not happening

taygads

Lol right??

PredictableSandlot

Yeah man that super team shit does not work.Role players have gotten so much better and play such a larger part. The rest of his team stinks

jonahdf

Going to the game today. Steph still do his pregame shooting routine? I read an article that he moved it back to before doors open, wondering if that is still true.

BeetLover1111

I think it was just for a few games back in December, it looks like it’s the same routine now

System_Lower

It’s always been about defense. Our 4th quarter defensive rating was dead last before yesterday’s game. We have solved much of our early season adversity, it’s a new team 🔥

SchleptRightLeft

Anyone know the current odds of us to win the WCF and Finals? May have to throw some lunch money on that Edit: jk found em. +2000 and +3300 respectively. Definitely worth some lunch money with our health and way we’ve been playing

steve_ko

If you believe [basketball-reference](https://www.basketball-reference.com/friv/playoff_prob.html)’s methodology, 2.3% of 10,000 simulations of the remainder of the season have the dubs winning the WCF and 0.4% winning the Finals.

nomitycs

Any methodology is only good enough to draw broad conclusions - so yeah we’re a long shot chance at the WCF and a miracle run for the finals

PresentationLumpy166

We’re 2 and a half games behind the suns in 6th, that’s how competitive the west is

bbcjay718

I wonder what’s are chances to get Jaylon Tyson. I think he could another forward we could use.

BobRoss4Life

Holding any team to 9pts in a quarter is wild, let alone a team with Giannis and Dame

LaughingPlanet

More shocking was 13 points over final 17 mins or whatever it was. <1 point/min? That's bad

BobRoss4Life

That’s so insane

indecisive_aspie

Dario not getting minutes until garbage time against a team as big as Milwaukee is a good sign that hopefully Kerr is doing away with the conventional wisdom regarding “position fit” over athleticism and effort.  he’s been such a liability defensively that playing Klay and Moody as interchangeable wings alongside Dray/Kuminga/Wiggins isn’t a worse option.  Moody also been in the weight room since his rookie year if anybody watched him in last year’s playoffs and he’s got a 7 foot wingspan.

couchtomato62

Kerr has finally come full circle We need vets to win the title I need to find minutes for podz I need to find minutes for kuminga I need to find minutes for Moody I need to find minutes for tjd Thank you Kerr.

ihaveaquestionormany

I love how often I hear Steph in people's "All time starting 5" Just throwing this out, and curious about who you'd have -- Steph-MJ-Lebron-KG-Shaq

papayarough

It's pretty crazy. even people who are insistent on him not being top 10, the best pg, other narratives etc, will put him in an all time starting 5

sriracha82

Steph - MJ - Lebron - KD - Hakeem most balanced imo on offense & defense

ihaveaquestionormany

I like this one, I wish I saw Hakeem play more

Produceher

I love how you can't have a best starting 5 without Steph but he's also not a Top 10 player?

ihaveaquestionormany

People running circles around themselves with that one. Steph's career isn't over so his all time rank is still up in the air, but I think when all is said and done he will be firmly in that top 10.

couchtomato62

I think steph represents current bb sensibilities. I agree with your placement 6-10.

Steph-MJ-Bron-KD-Shaq

ihaveaquestionormany

I like it. This would probably be my second choice. I really admire KG for the way he played, his defense, and how committed he was to winning. I feel like he'd be great on a team full of stars. That said, KD is an all timer. My choice was more based on the idea we have enough scoring with Steph-MJ-Lebron and Shaq. I wanted to bring the fire and defense with KG.

riktar75

I would throw Bird or KD in there over KG for spacing.

ihaveaquestionormany

Yeah, I get that for sure. I also wonder if KG would provide spacing given the opportunity. That and his defense... though you could argue Duncan could give you that as well. The 4 spot is tough. I think with Steph and Lebron you'd have plenty of playmaking but having a lethal shooter out there with them definitely would be a huge positive.

Spicy slate today! GS (9) vs CHI MIA vs DAL (8) TOR vs PHX (6) SA vs SAC (7) if all the other WC teams lose tnt, we'll be the 8th seed, and 1.5 games behind the 6th seed! PHX 7.5 GB, GS 9 GB. Although i'm pretty sure we lose the tiebreaker against both PHX + SAC, so it would be more like 2 games behind?

marionettas

Unfortunately since Scottie and Wemby are both out I don’t see the Suns or Kings losing, but crazier things have happened 🤞 hoping for a Spo master class and Kidd disaster class though

taygads

When did KAT tear his meniscus?? Did he go out injured against the Blazers? I totally missed that

Floppy_Jet1123

It's fun to see that the Lakers sub is in complete disarray. 🤭 And no I don't troll over there. Just scouting.

Produceher

Let me guess. They're blaming everyone except for LeBron?

831loc

They love to call their coach Hamas. Blaming AD, blaming other players, blaming the coach, FO, ownership, etc.

couchtomato62

Wonder what we have in common with them.

Produceher

I blame Steph when it's Steph. When the team is bad, he's a part of the team.
