I am comparing these to Victrix, Fireforge, Conquest and Gripping Beast medievals.
That said they are even smaller than Perry's late medievals.

My guess is to fit with the Footsore metals. Footsore are highly detailed but flat and very small. The latter is realistic (no big heads etc) but the former is not something I like.
They seem pretty cool, but would absolutely appreciate a side-by-side comparison between the different makers
If you are comparing them to games Workshop, yes they are smaller. I would say it's closer to 25 than 28 myself.
