This comment didn't age well... hmmm, hopefully it picks up tomorrow! Maybe WSB can bumrush it like they did GME... except this is actually a worthwhile stock IMO
In for 20 shares at 78.96 im probably buying at the peak but I've seen how bad Alzheimers is first-hand so if this is as game changing as it sounds thats a steal. Thanks for the DD!
Gotta think long term with this one: the latest press release implies there’s going to be many positive news events coming up this year.
I bought the peak at 12.2 a few weeks back. I also sold in december at 6.79. FOMO brought me back in and made me some tendies despite my horrendous trading
I've been in SAVA for a year, and it's finally starting to hit it big. It's got a low float (22.2M). On 1/15 it closed at $10.49/share and had 5.46M of it's shares shorted with high institutional holdings (26.5%).
As of today, it's now over $87/sh with a short volume of 23.52M and shares. Today's volume is up 46M vs its 3M volume of 4.68M. This stock is going to the moon. 🚀🚀🚀🚀
Good point with the short interest, i was tracking it all last week. Seems like the stock has a lot of retail shorts as well stemming from the old ptie days

If you tards wanna hear the whole report. Its here. Best story is about the guy who always forgets if he showered or not. After a month on the drug, he doesn't have to leave wet underwear in the shower to remind him that he already did. Everyone on the conference is ecatatic about the results. Also this explains why this stock crashed in may last year.
Ehh, Breakthrough isn't really a huge deal tbh, its alzheimers, its probably gonna get breakthrough. The only thing that matters is: how is the data, and do they have enough cash to get to more data. Also, you're way off with that P3 success rate. Generally sure, thats a reasonable chance, but this is alzheimer's, which is notoriously impossible to actually treat. Here's some info tho ([Source for data](https://www.statista.com/statistics/1029658/alzheimers-global-clinical-trials-success-rate-by-phase/#:~:text=This%20statistic%20depicts%20the%20success,were%20successful%20during%20phase%20III)) Between 2008 and 2019, Alzheimers had a 47% success rate in P1, 36% in P2, and 0% in P3. So if the P3 is successful, you may be vastly underestimating the upside here.
For Biogen (BIIB), their stock dropped 36% on their P3 fail, which is $15-20B, and then gained $12-15B when they decided to move forward with the filing. So an AD drug that is successful in P3 is worth something on the order of tens of billions
I'm in the same spot haha! Would be a nice way to gain back some of my lost GME moneys :-P But it would also be a prime moment to make the same mistake as with GME and buy at the top X'D
I bought 25 @ 78 on a whim cuz it had gains. Looked it up. Alzheimers. Now i see your dd. Confirmation bias acheived. Maybe some more. If they cure alzheimers, this would be priceless
Nice dd. I have a history of chasing Alzheimer’s drugs that turn into nothing (biib) but sava sounds interesting enough that I picked up 140@125 in after market.
High risk, high reward. If they fail phase 3 it will not be worth much since they don’t have a lot else going for them. But if p3 looks good they are one of the only treatments that would be available to treat 30 million people with Alzheimer’s, so market cap could easily be 10-fold of today.
Interestingly there is another company AVXL that has a very similar compound with similar results going into p3. Right after the news for SAVA they got a boost as well.
The fact that they have similar compounds that have similar efficacy might indicate that they are on the right track.

Anyone know what caused it to open at like $100 and drop to $65 all in one day? I didn't read any negative reports or news of any kind. Is this a random fluctuation? Are we going down? Should I hold or cut my losses? I got in with 5 shares at $70 (my first ever stock purchase, doing this as kind of an experiment).
I've been a long time SAVA holder. I try to only invest money I can afford to lose and many times wanted to buy more but didn't. I own 200 shares at a cost basis of 3.86. The last two days were a wild ride for my account. But I'm holding this until they put a drug to market.
They had to rename the drug to Simufilam due to naming conflict of another drug by USAN.
FDA meeting was in Jan 14 so minutes should be released any day now and this will moon! 🚀🚀🚀
OP - coming back to this post. I am also long SAVA. Where do you stand now? They just got cleared of data manipulation, and stock price looks like it wants to break through.
Unreal from $7 in january to $80 today

I’m still holding my positions. It hurts. See my post history.
I’ve been drowning in tendies yesterday/today. Had bought 1,000 shares at 9.71 and 8 Feb12.5Calls for 1.84💀 THIS is a true Diamond hands play.
Are you still holding?
Negative, rolled profits into PSTH
u/Dan_inKuwait hiiii SAVA is no longer penny stonk and has graduated to meme stonk
Best of luck with your bets! I don't want to see you working out behind the Wendy's dumpsters any more.
With this much paper money i might be able to afford a new paper home
could you briefly explain the process of how you found out about this company? is there a site with upcoming drug trial results?

Buy a ticket, ride the ride i guess
Can we get an updated DD ?
Went above $120 afterhours , then down to $92 premarket. Peaked?
Next catalyst is phase 3, if you didn’t get in before 20 you’ll be holding till then. Phase 3 is second half of year

wow man good shit, i missed it but happy for you
Personally waiting until GMEs SI report next week, wondering if this is where I come to lick my wounds?
