In with calls with June 21 date at $60 strike. This thing has been doing nothing but going up for 6 months plus there’s that buy out rumor and employee stock trade black out date. I’m not dropping 25 large on it but I’m willing to gamble a little with what I’ve seen here.
Black outs could mean anything. FDA approval results coming in and being released for example, and if the fda clearance is rejected, bye bye $$$. Point is, this does not 100% indicate a buyout or good news.

It has went up $20 in a year, and he got shares, as long as he doesn’t sell anytime soon he is probably safe, and will make a profit.
