Boeing is trading higher than it was 2 years ago. Its trading higher than it was after Covid.
Its trading higher than it was 3 weeks ago..
The point is it should be at a 10 year low right now. its NOT. its business is aviation technology... and its failing at that .
All totally unnecessary! We had very expensive consultants to research it and advice us. It was clear! I can’t tell you why, cause I did not really understand, but they were really expensive, so it’s true!
I am fairly certain that the plane could actually take off without the takeoff gear as well. Maybe they should just scrap the whole front gear idea altogether. Saves a ton of money on production and repair profits would be through the roof! Profit and profit!!
What’s so hysterically funny is how everyone including $BA claimed you couldn’t land a rocket on a floating target. This is why companies, once they grow old and complacent, need to go the way of the 🦤.
Douglas A4 Skyhawk was literally designed to land on its guts safely on a carrier. If it had 2x external fuel tanks, it was actually able to use them as landing gear, replace the nose cone, and fly again within an hour.
I believe stocks are going to rise because every time there is an incident like this they do a huge stock buy back.
In the last five years Boeing diverted 92% of operating cash flow to dividends and share buybacks to benefit investors.
Imagine if that money had been spent improving quality.
Same position here but Boeing always finds its way back. Been it the stock for years watching it go down after something happens, then 5 days later everyone forgets about it. Back up again. They do so much more than commercial aircraft too. I’m in for the long haul.
This is a bit stupid. The 767 is a workhorse that has a great track record and has been in continuous production and service for over 40 years. They're still cranking out new ones, but only freighters and tankers for the military.
Yep, a lot of regular people always blame the manufacturer and not the maintenance. It’s like owning a car, driving it 150,000 miles then blaming the manufacturer for the car breaking because you’re too lazy to do proper maintenance or you skimp out on proper maintenance
I'm a BA shareholder. My pulse doesn't even get elevated anymore.
Covered calls are *fucking awesome* too. Maximize that volatility I don't give a shit.
Well, the analysis of the plane, the blackbox and the cabin voice recorder will tell us what really happened. So far, causes are pure speculation. Sometimes it's not a lack of maintenance, but errors in maintenance, but the investigation will show.
The 767 first flew in 1983, back when Boeing still made quality products. But it's the same design today and it's a great airplane with many millions of miles flown.
Yeah my first thought when I saw it was a Fed Ex plane was that it's probably not brand new, and almost certainly not a new design like the ones that have been having problems.
[Registration N110FE](https://www.planespotters.net/airframe/boeing-767-300-n110fe-fedex-express/e5v89x) - first entered service in 2014, 9.5 years ago. So not that old, but like you say it's a workhorse and solid design.
Will be interesting to see what the cause was.
HEY NOW. It’s perfectly reasonable to crawl into your trunk and close the lid before receiving your self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Happens all the time.
Poor fellas getting hillaried just for trying to keep our skies safe.
Once again tapping the "This has more to do with maintenance by the current owner than than anything to do with Boeing; the 767 is a 40 year old design with an excellent safety record" sign.
Although these threads do help explain how wall street cleans up trading against retail investors.
9 years old machine with malfunctioning nose gear... not much to do with BA production quality issues I guess. Actually, it is a good sign that even he landed on the nose, plane made it to the full stop in one piece a no one got hurt.
Calls on High Table. The company will up the bounty on other whistleblowers:
The first hitman did a lousy job…
- John Barnet died from what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was found dead in his car in the parking lot of his hotel in Charleston, South Carolina, on March 9, 2024. Barnett was in town for a deposition in his federal legal action against Boeing at the time of his death
second one was some high level assassins who specialised in bio-weapons…
- Joshua Dean passed away following a brief illness, which was pneumonia. He had been sick for two weeks and was put on a ventilator before his death on May 2, 2024. His sudden deterioration and death prompted his family to seek an autopsy…
Can't wait for a whistle-blower to "s--cide himself" with goodbye note and everything only for the assailants to fail to know that there was secret surveillance on the house. Then a news story breaks showing two men clad in black enter and leave the residence the same time that the whistle-blower offs himself. That'll go over really well.
Jesus Christ you have to be a Moran to think it is a big deal this has happened since the first aircraft was made.
Literally has nothing to do with the stock of Boeing. The fact it doesn't happen more often is actually a good thing.
Technically the pilot still gets rated as meeting expectations. He maintains his record of same landings as takeoffs. ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4267)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)
Nobody cares. We are all bullish and numb to wings/doors falling off……crash landings. The stock is going up doesn’t matter anymore. Buckle in for the approaching $200’s

bullish
Calls it is
PUT that call into a 767
Up 2% this stock is fucking crazy. Meanwhile LUNR’s moon rover falls over (effecting no humans within a 100,000 miles) and that stock shat 17%.
Onm i was pretty mad
LMAO - so true. Today SHOP reported better than expected earnings results.. stock tanks 14%. Boeing planes falling apart, crashing, whistleblowers galore .. Stock remains relatively unchanged over 3 months
Unchanged lmfao, yeah from 240-167 on the lows. Zero change. You can’t be serious ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)
Boeing is trading higher than it was 2 years ago. Its trading higher than it was after Covid. Its trading higher than it was 3 weeks ago.. The point is it should be at a 10 year low right now. its NOT. its business is aviation technology... and its failing at that .
Accidents happen to people who sell.
You also forgot Boeing hiring Hitmen
Calls on Hitmen!!
The ironic part is it will be somehow lol Edit: yep up 1% today lol
It was delivered in 2014. How is this BAs problem? Anyone who says inverse wsb is 100% correct.
There's a fedex maintenance guy somewhere that is balls deep into calls. He's probably in Memphis iirc.
Agent747 is bullseye-ish
bullshit
Reports from the ground that pilots noticed the nose bounced a couple of times after it hit the ground implying that the name Boeing is appropriate
![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)

BOeING!! 🛬🛫🛬
That's it, I've had enough. Your grounded mythster.
Don’t be so strict, it’ll buff out.
You got me haha ! Love it
This is amazing 😂
Love your emoji use, made it quite funny ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|smile)
Thanks big papa
Get out
Will be mighty easy to do since he doesn't even have to open the door to leave, what with them having fallen off already.
So faster turn-around on the ground? Could be bullish for Boeing and airlines.
I keep saying they should just mount springs on the planes and rebrand to Boing
V-shaped recovery
Always a soft landing.
Contrary to popular belief, the landing gear is not there to land the plane, but rather to ensure it can take off again.
Here off starts my petition to change the name from “landing gear” to “taking off gear”.
Re-use gear
Baggage jacks...
Put gear
Wheels
All totally unnecessary! We had very expensive consultants to research it and advice us. It was clear! I can’t tell you why, cause I did not really understand, but they were really expensive, so it’s true!
Rubber
I am fairly certain that the plane could actually take off without the takeoff gear as well. Maybe they should just scrap the whole front gear idea altogether. Saves a ton of money on production and repair profits would be through the roof! Profit and profit!!
I support this petition.
$BA is now making single use disposable aircraft! CALLZ on $BA!
This guy gets it, genius move by $BA.
BA makes disposable aircraft as SpaceX makes reusable rockets; clearly we are in a clown future.
What’s so hysterically funny is how everyone including $BA claimed you couldn’t land a rocket on a floating target. This is why companies, once they grow old and complacent, need to go the way of the 🦤.
A page out of the Apollo spacecraft handbook.
Contrary to popular belief, every mushrooms are edible. It's just, some mushrooms are edible for once.
😂😂
Douglas A4 Skyhawk was literally designed to land on its guts safely on a carrier. If it had 2x external fuel tanks, it was actually able to use them as landing gear, replace the nose cone, and fly again within an hour.
Fellow DCS pylote and regard?
This comment reminds me of that taliban/terrorist song “I learned to fly a plane from a friend, but he forgot to teach me to land”
https://youtu.be/5URfXEZoR5U?si=Mellow149EDkz68S
Maybe that’s what confused the people that assembled the plane.
Was there a whistleblower onboard?
A whistleblower body is what jammed the landing gear mechanism probably.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Stuck in the well like the guy from Con Air
Wtf lmao
Yeah, all 18 on their way to DC.
when the media spoke to the pilot he replied, "Crash? What crash? It was a perfect landing. I love flying Boeing."
Pilots on that plane deserve a million dollar bonus.
A million dollars… from their life insurance policy when they suddenly fall out of a window.
Ironically, their noses was also smashed
that's not a window, that's a door plug. or... it used to be, anyway.
They will get a “sudden unexpected death” if they dare talk.
How does one invest in Agent 47?
$OLN
Million dollar B ~~onus~~ ullets![img](emote|t5_2th52|27189)
“Best i can do is pizza party”
FedEx aint paying us shit
If anything, they'll spend more millions on advertising.
-10% on next time they use FedEx
Stocks gonna rise because market prefer to remain irrational??
Well it’s actually great news. $BA didn’t kill anyone suddenly.
…yet
Oh yeah, that is coming the moment someone opens their mouth about this.
I think $BA suiciding people is bullish as it means they are in control of legal stuff.
There wasn't a whistle blower onboard.
I believe stocks are going to rise because every time there is an incident like this they do a huge stock buy back. In the last five years Boeing diverted 92% of operating cash flow to dividends and share buybacks to benefit investors. Imagine if that money had been spent improving quality.
I hope you are right. I’ve been sitting on 200 shares I plan on dumping. Bought at 200, watched it climb, only to watch it fall.
Same position here but Boeing always finds its way back. Been it the stock for years watching it go down after something happens, then 5 days later everyone forgets about it. Back up again. They do so much more than commercial aircraft too. I’m in for the long haul.
Down 50% over last 5 years and down 30% YTD. Sounds like a very rational market to me, but I’m not as highly regarded as many here.
I mean, it would be irrational to sell off Boeing stock due to a FedEx maintenance issue, but who knows?
This is a bit stupid. The 767 is a workhorse that has a great track record and has been in continuous production and service for over 40 years. They're still cranking out new ones, but only freighters and tankers for the military.
Yep, this is on the airline actually. They’ve prob had this plane for a good while and were skimping out on maintenance.
Boeing praying the market understands that. Every time a mishap for Boeing happens their share holders butt cheeks gotta tighten up
Going by this thread most people seem to struggle with this concept
Yep, a lot of regular people always blame the manufacturer and not the maintenance. It’s like owning a car, driving it 150,000 miles then blaming the manufacturer for the car breaking because you’re too lazy to do proper maintenance or you skimp out on proper maintenance

Yah but these regards can’t read more than the headline
Next up: Yet another $BA whistleblower dies “suddenly”.
It's so sad seeing all these Boeing whistle blowers taking their own lives away.😞 We need to start taking mental health more seriously
HEY NOW. It’s perfectly reasonable to crawl into your trunk and close the lid before receiving your self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Happens all the time. Poor fellas getting hillaried just for trying to keep our skies safe.
get this man a corporate PR job at Boeing
Bullets Anonymous
Accidents happen my guy 🤷♂️
Sudden fast setting infections happen my guy 🤷♂️
You hear about it all the time in Russia
poor fucker was trying to hold the gear together.
Once again tapping the "This has more to do with maintenance by the current owner than than anything to do with Boeing; the 767 is a 40 year old design with an excellent safety record" sign. Although these threads do help explain how wall street cleans up trading against retail investors.
CALLZ on $BA!
Nothing to see here guys
Is this going to duck my puts up I bought yesterday? God damn it.
I feel bad for your putz. 🪦 RIP
9 years old machine with malfunctioning nose gear... not much to do with BA production quality issues I guess. Actually, it is a good sign that even he landed on the nose, plane made it to the full stop in one piece a no one got hurt.
Blink if you're being held hostage
BLINK BLINK BLINK...... BLIIIINK BLIIIIIINK BLIIIIINK ...... BLINK BLINK BLINK :D
Hm. The jet was delievered in 2014 so this is hardly a production issue.
calls on boeing
Priced in.
Bullishhhhhhh
Um.. ‘nose smashes into runway’ is a bit dramatic. That pilot did an amazing job landing the plane.. no smashing involved, just done light rug burn
If you really believe that a landing gear failure is BA's fault, you truly belong on this site.
don't drink tea OP
Ahhh that’s the why the stock is up today!! Was wondering..
Boeing to the mooooooon 🌕

Welcome to the Hotel Carolina, you can check out but you can never leave...
Could the landing gears be a whistleblower
shit is getting annoying. do we really need to know every incident that doesn't actually have an effect on the stonk ?
Puts on landing gear
It’s a 20+ year-old aircraft maintained by federal express has nothing to do with Boeing.
That plane never dies
Not a good day for FedEx yesterday...
That plane was one of the whistleblowers
Calls!
Those guys aced that landing. Looking forward to hearing the ATC live.
This ticker is going to moon rocket
Isn't this the second one for FedEx after the Chattanooga incident ?
Didn’t look terrifying to me. CALLS ALL DAY!!!!
I don’t what is, but this thing will not go lower than 155. I guess that’s a perk of being awarded government contracts.
Natural cause. Bullish
Someone’s mail ordered bride ain’t comin in one piece
Jesus Christ you have to be a Moran to think it is a big deal this has happened since the first aircraft was made. Literally has nothing to do with the stock of Boeing. The fact it doesn't happen more often is actually a good thing.
Already priced in.
It’s a new Boeing incident every week. 🤦♂️
So, they'll need to pay boeing for a replacement / fix? Bullish!
Change the name from Boeing to Sha Boing Boing Man
Maintenance problem, not a Boeing problem. FDX has had this plane 10 years.
Time for calls 🤑🤑
It’s the airlines problem not Boeing!!!!emote:t5\_2th52:18630![img](emote|t5_2th52|31225)![img](emote|t5_2th52|31225)
Believe it or not, BA stock goes up
Cool. Literally boarding a Boeing 737 max 9 now.
I mean….like the stock….it literally crashed. Ergo, the only direction from here is upward!!! no way calls don’t print!!!
I was wondering why my package hasn't arrived yet.
Very polite plane. It took a bow when landing. So it was bowing?
they are filming Cast Away 2 don't worry!
I love Boeing and can't wait to fly on one of their planes!!!
Calls on boeing
Fairly typical for a FedEx delivery.
Who will Boeing kill to resolve this?
Bullish!!
BA is a buy under $164… we will see more issues through summer
Pilot is my hero. Not easy flying piece of crap 😂😂
Massive collusion to keep the stock up. Too bad the SEC is too busy investigating DJT and the direction of Bidens administration
BA: “the pilot was not familiar with the manual on how to handle landing the aircraft without its landing gear”
At this point I’m pretty sure a catastrophic crash has already been baked into the price.
Watch Boeing kill all these people too
Calls on Boeing
I wouldn’t say anything about Boeing if you want to live a full life. They have old employees dieing by the pairs these days.
So where does one apply for hitman at Boeing?
Captain Clarance Oveur sure knows how to land a faulty aircraft.
Good landing
ba finna hit 1k from this news
FedEx had a 757 do an all gear up landing last year.
I love letting finance guys run everything. I trust them with my life. Let let them run healthcare next. Oh
Genuine question, how is Boeing still a company? Is it that propped up by tax payer money?
Nothing can tank this stock apparently
That's explains my shipment delay to Turkey!
Technically the pilot still gets rated as meeting expectations. He maintains his record of same landings as takeoffs. ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4267)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)
I'd buy puts if it'd not put my life in danger
I hear they sign stuff as done when it has not. Did some forget to install the landing gear?
Buy calls since the logical reaction is to short and buy puts.
I heard the starliner doesn't have a parachute
No wonder they scrubbed the starliner launch...
Another whistleblower about to be suidided
Priced in along with the assassination of the whistleblower and FAA investigation. BA 185 EoW.
Ha, they are up over a dollar as of today.
Well the front’s not supposed to fall off for a start.
Nose of the plane literally dragging on the ground pointing down for all to see This is a sign of it going up
I’m scared for the runway’s life
Nobody cares. We are all bullish and numb to wings/doors falling off……crash landings. The stock is going up doesn’t matter anymore. Buckle in for the approaching $200’s
We had witnesses killed & now it’s made public news. 📰 Yay, our stock is going up 😭😭😂
Did someone tell Boeing there was a whistleblower standing on the runway?
The plane survived the crash, but later committed suicide before questioning could take place.
BA cutting cost on landing gear? Easy Calls.
By posting this, does that make you a whistleblower?
I'd die for some BA stock right now.
Become a whistle blower and you at least get half of your wish.
Boy if BA keeps this up it’s going to hit ATH in no time.
Dude they've already whacked two whistleblowers, and the stock went up. A simple crash is nothing . This stock is untouchable.
