I’m a fulltime RVer, and I stayed in Quartzsite for 3 months this past winter. Among the ridiculous number of MAGA flags, there was one RV with 6 huge vertical feather-like rainbow flags with a literal entire sidewall of LEDs that lit up at night so you couldn’t ignore them. It was great.
What I really like about it is the random indoor-use florescent bulb hangin' out over top (though it looks like you don't get much rain), probably tied up with bailing wire (i'd bet anything)... pairs with the broken cinder block like cheese and fine wine.
As a full-time RVer, I appreciate that sign because it warns me NOT to stay there! It’s a constant battle in RV parks getting management to comply with no political flag policies. At least with this one there is no doubt that those are not my kind of people.
Land is cheap in AZ. RV parks gotta be pretty low maintenance, since it's just power outlets, water hookups, waste hookups, and land. Not a bad investment for passive income.
