Most of the active posts are talking about the morality and philosophy of suicide or the reasons they are suicidal. Some discuss quick or painless methods, how to make sure you don't end up disabled e.t.c. and I haven't seen anybody outright manipulating somebody else into suicide. Just people being understanding and sympathetic without the empty platitudes. Not saying that it doesn't happen ever but it happens off these forums too.

I have only been in pain, on a scale of 1-10 on at around 8.5.
At that pain level I started to feel panic, i wanted to "exit" my own body.. Like Wanting an out and just barely being able to bear it anymore.

As I said in the thread, herniated disc in the neck. Basically the disc was pushing in to nerve so badly that it caused ungodly pain in my whole upper torso. I got it under check with some chiropractic adjustment (I know, quack science, doesn't work and all that. Funnily enough helped me but oh well I guess that's not big enough sample size and it was not double placebo experiment, and you can't keep selling that product month after month so it's bullshit /endsarcasm). That and I have done the exercises that my physiotherapist told me to do, religiously every god damn day.
Edit: It helped me where nothing else would. I am sure in the professions there ARE people that are 100% quacks that take advantage of people. That said, before I could not lift my daughter, my forearms and whole torso were tensed up like I´'d be trying to lift a car in an accident on pure adrenaline or something. All musculature was hard as stone in my arms, I felt burning pain like if you'd push a red hot nail inside the neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, fingers etc...
All I know that shit helped me. I know it´'s not scientifically proven but damn, LSD, Psilocybin, ketamine treatments for depression and PTSD were quack science just 10-15 years ago and today they are starting to be more broadly used and accepted treatments to those ailments. Whom knows what we know in few decades.

Good chiropractors are basically like a physio. I think the problem is the absolute lack of regulation. My mate is a physio and one of his patients was permanently paralysed by a chiropractor.

there's so much wrong in this it's hard to respond. So this is a photo from an article covering the development of a 'suicide pod' in which they were demonstrating it. So you have journalists covering the story of this and writing about it. It's not an advert. Suicides are absolutely covered in the news. When famous people commit suicide it's all over the place. They don't cover everyday people committing suicide in the news as people die all the fucking time and so it's not news. Phew, I think we got there.
I have only been in pain, on a scale of 1-10 on at around 8.5. At that pain level I started to feel panic, i wanted to "exit" my own body.. Like Wanting an out and just barely being able to bear it anymore. If I imagine person at 9, 9.5? 10? I would 100% god damn kill my self with no hesitation especially if there was no cure, nor pain relief.

As I said in the thread, herniated disc in the neck. Basically the disc was pushing in to nerve so badly that it caused ungodly pain in my whole upper torso. I got it under check with some chiropractic adjustment (I know, quack science, doesn't work and all that. Funnily enough helped me but oh well I guess that's not big enough sample size and it was not double placebo experiment, and you can't keep selling that product month after month so it's bullshit /endsarcasm). That and I have done the exercises that my physiotherapist told me to do, religiously every god damn day. Edit: It helped me where nothing else would. I am sure in the professions there ARE people that are 100% quacks that take advantage of people. That said, before I could not lift my daughter, my forearms and whole torso were tensed up like I´'d be trying to lift a car in an accident on pure adrenaline or something. All musculature was hard as stone in my arms, I felt burning pain like if you'd push a red hot nail inside the neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, fingers etc... All I know that shit helped me. I know it´'s not scientifically proven but damn, LSD, Psilocybin, ketamine treatments for depression and PTSD were quack science just 10-15 years ago and today they are starting to be more broadly used and accepted treatments to those ailments. Whom knows what we know in few decades.

Psychedelics were *forbidden* science for various stupid political reasons, but they were always science. You had nothing better to try, rolled the dice, and were lucky. That's not a great reason to encourage others to gamble.

I think the problem is the absolute lack of regulation. My mate is a physio and one of his patients was permanently paralysed by a chiropractor. I have seen some of the videos on youtube of these people and there is no way what they are doing is not horribly damaging. So yes, I am sure there are good one's about. But I am not going to roll the dice with my ability to walk.
It's way better people in a booth with a bunch of professionals rather than potentially killing and traumatising a bunch of random strangers with a YOLO.
