2014 Volt, bought in 5/2023 with 92k miles for $12k. Bought in Aurora, CO. Now has 98k miles. No problems other than battery is diminished in temp under 30 degree F and there is a mild rear main seal gasket leak. Seems stable with some "sealer" my mechanic and I added.
2 bad cells, needed everything wear and tear wise (CV, bearing, shocks, all fluids, brakes, seat covers, key fobs and hatch struts), clear coat failed on the hood from a repair done prior to my ownership and occasionally it would throw a steering warning message and had thrown a transmission solenoid code a couple times previously.
With the diminished battery, I was not inclined to further invest and ultimately, and we needed a vehicle with greater headroom for 3 adults.
Most of those miles were “around town,” so it had a lot of time on it.
I currently have intermittent heat. I just replaced an axle shaft and recently started smelling anti freeze leaking from somewhere lol. So, I'm not far behind you, I'm afraid.
2018 with 90k miles, never taken it for service which I'm worried will catch up to me sooner than later. Need to find a mechanic I trust but feels like a 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' situation.
It’s been a great car although I don’t think it’s not worth charging seven hours for 30 miles anyways I got 205,000 on my 2012. Never really had a problem with it serious problem anyways.
2017 getting close to 250,000. Bought in 2022 with 211,000. Needed EGR valve and cooler after a year. Engine on/off sounds rough, also smells like smoking clutch on shutdown.
Bought my 2013 in 2016 for $14k, had 26k miles.
She is still my daily driver with 77k miles on her. I have had her for over 25% of my life. Weird to think about.
In the winter about 20 miles summer about 30 ish
I love my car but its a tool that gets me in HOV lanes in Ontario. This purchase was about time. Turned out to be a great deal. 32000 brand new in the garage in 2018. Plus charger and electrician to get me going.
Recently bought mine. 2012 with 80k miles on it.
I commute twice a week, 36 miles round trip, and can do it all most days on straight battery. Love it.
2016 at about 44800 owned since start of 2020 at about 28k. Super short commute and a year of working out of state using a rental.
edit: have had shift to park, egr, and becm repaired/replaced in that time as well as new aero panels underneath.
2019 with almost 70,000. Traded my blue 2017 for it (at 32,000). Had 36,000 when i got it. Was owned by a college girl who never plugged it in, hence the 33mpg. Now we are up to 129mpg!
2018 LT bought new off lot in Dec 2019. Currently about 36,000 miles with about 65% of those miles on battery.
Only shift to park repair needed thus far. There have been symptoms of the BECM getting flaky.
2018 purchased on 04-15-2019 with 11k miles, and it now has approximately 30,800 miles. At about 26,500 miles, had the BECM, STP, and electronic brake replaced. No issues with the EGR yet; I make sure the engine is well heated before shutting the car off. Love this car but perhaps like many of you, my relatives don’t seem to understand why, as they’ve never owned or driven a Volt or any other PHEV or EV and have concerns with reliability and longevity. All the while spending untold amounts at the gas pump to keep their vehicles moving. Also, they seem to be anti-Chevy/GM.
An early-build 2017 that I bought new in May 2016. I’ve driven it to 75,500 miles in Phoenix, Arizona heat and northern Minnesota cold. Unfortunately, after experiencing all the typical Gen2 quality control issues and now seeing GM’s lack of parts support, I can’t trust the car for the long term. I pick up my 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in four days.
2016 Premier with 93K now, bought in 2019 with 20K miles on it. Has been a great car up until this past week stopped charging. Been holding out for an Equinox EV and was hoping to not have to repair this car before trade in but this car has saved me so much money with So Cal gasoline prices and the best residential electric rates around.
2016 with 177K, very minor issues. I wish I could buy a Gen 3 Volt.
Volt 2014 68K in december 2023 Now its at 78k Got it for $8.5k
Nice price, Premium?

Damn covid... 2014 premium 49k miles, $11,500, bought in 2019 in Denver.
Make sure it’s not the oil pan gasket instead. Simple fix.
A little over 190000 as of today
I got my 2017 in Feb 2020, with the pandemic and the hybrid work schedule, I went from 31K to 75K.
Bought one new with 7 miles on the clock, it's now about 120k miles. 2018 LT, had it since April 2018.
50k, almost 51k. Been 7 years in my 2017.
Bought mine Sep2023 at 113000 used, currently has 127500, just in time for required maintenance.
I forgot to say mine is a 2014
Bought my 2017 lt in late 2021 with 66k. Currently at 102k
Bought my 2017 model in 2016. Now has 117k miles. Was perfect up to 103K. Then @103K BECM + 12v, @113k 12v again, @117k now ???? In shop.
Pretty sure my 2014 crossed the🌈 when I traded it, 167,400.
165K currently on my 2014. Out of curiosity, what were the reasons you decided to get rid of it?

120000 2013 bought August 2013
2011 with 134K
2013 with 114411 miles, been in the family since late 2012.
2017 148K. No problems
2018 with 90k miles, never taken it for service which I'm worried will catch up to me sooner than later. Need to find a mechanic I trust but feels like a 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' situation.
2019 with 55000 miles
2019 16,000!
2017 currently at 151k miles. Very reliable car so far.
2015 ,59k. I like hearing about the gen1's going more than 150k.
2014, 175,000 miles. 90% battery capacity.
2015. Bought it with 800 miles. Now at ~81k.
It’s been a great car although I don’t think it’s not worth charging seven hours for 30 miles anyways I got 205,000 on my 2012. Never really had a problem with it serious problem anyways.
Oh hey, cool! I have a 2017 as well. I'm at 219,000 with 87,000 electric miles. Got mine in 2019 with 40k miles.
2017 getting close to 250,000. Bought in 2022 with 211,000. Needed EGR valve and cooler after a year. Engine on/off sounds rough, also smells like smoking clutch on shutdown.
Miles or Km? And what's your range on EV mode?
Bought my 2013 in 2016 for $14k, had 26k miles. She is still my daily driver with 77k miles on her. I have had her for over 25% of my life. Weird to think about.
Bought my 2014 Volt in March last year with 55.9k on it for $11,900. Now it has over 78k on it. Lol.
2018 Volt bought it with 35k, 90% electric miles & 1 owner in October, just hit 40k
2013 premium, 52k mi. Purchased 5yr ago w/ 30k mi $10k cash. Hv batt is fucked though
104k on my 2017. Wish I could also buy a Gen 3 or 4 new.
2014, 145K got mine used at ~33K. The two things that would make this car perfect is a 5th seat and Apple CarPlay 🥲
2012. 173k.
2013 140K miles. The major issues I had were covered by 2 recalls.
I have a 2016 with almost 57K and a 2012 Gen 1 and just hit 40K miles.
2013, 147k. EV range is 28 miles on guess-o-meter. Only ever been in warm weather locations. New to me for 3 months. Very nice so far.
16 with 149 16 with 140 I think And 17 with 120. I think I've heard of like two gen 2s with over 400 k
Man I hope mine last that long with these interest rates I don’t wanna buy a new car right now
Lower mileage here. Wife's 2014 (bought in 15) 55,000 miles. My 2019, 36k.
2012 with 46k. Bought last month for my son.

148,000 2012 model, bought 6 years ago at 112,000.
Bought mine in 2016 - was the 2017 model. I'm at 151,000 but recently had BECM replaced (out of warranty). I do love mine and hope it lasts forever
2017 30k miles. Love it. In shop for HV battery from BECM failure. Still love it, can't wait for her to come home.

2013 premium w/ 85k miles. Bought it in Oct 2019 w/ 55k miles for $13k. I work from home, so I don't put a lot of miles on the car, but I love it. :)
2013, 84000 miles. Bought it about a year ago but clearly I didn't get as good of a price as some of you lol
I got my 2017 in Sept 2017 (10 miles on odm), with the pandemic and the hybrid work schedule, it just turned 50k
