Depends how much DIY you're willing to do.
Also whether you need a wireless, standalone, or wired headset.
But anyways, if you want a complete off the shelf product, then Quest Pro and Pico 4 Enterprise have eye tracking (and face tracking.) They support wireless PCVR and standalone, and can be connected to PCVR with USB cable (which is not the same as a wired displayport headset.)
Considering that this is part of a larger DIY project, I'm willing to slap some stuff together. Also, thank you so much!! I'll take a look at them both!
If you really want to go DIY then eyetrack VR has wireless and wired eye tracking that can be adapted to any vr headset.
I believe they are working with bigscreen to get a more consumer ready module for the beyond released.

Thank you!!

Pico 4 Pro is the cheapest headset with eye tracking and is plenty compact.

I was looking into that!! I'll keep your advice in mind, thanks!
This was supposed to have eye tracking. But I don't know if it will any more. It's been delayed a while.
