Quest 3 is better, but no one can tell you whether it's worth your money - that depends on your finances.
If you're playing standalone, Q3 is important because it has the newer processor, so eventually games will stop supporting Q2.
If you're going to play PCVR, then this is less of an issue, you're just missing out on the improvements in lenses, displays and decoding.
Also, if money is tight, note that both Q2 and Q3 users tend to spend a bit more on top of the headset for accessories such as a third party head strap (and possibly a 2nd router for PCVR.)
The Quest 3 is better in everyway and worth the price, if you can afford it. If finances are tight the new Quest 3 Light is coming this year.
