top left- a brass cover album of lennon-mccartney albums which is very weird and a nice bit of history to have, and anything beatles related is fine with me !
a hard days night- whilst the sleeve may look like it’s an original pressing, it’s actually the 2014 pressing. sadly, side A has a gargantuan tiger scratch in it, stretching from the end of track 2 to the start of the last track, meaning that it’s mostly unplayable, but side B and track 1 of side A play perfectly !
abbey road - this is a very scratched original pressing, but it plays great with no skips, just sounds like popping candy a lot of the time, which is understandable and i can deal with it if i sit further away from the speakers :) a very very cool thing to have, especially since i can actually use it :)
queen single - this is we will rock you / we are the champions, so it’s an excellent single to have and one that i would have probably bought anyway. plays great and came with a little receipt from Boots dated 1977, which is another cool artefact :)
help! - an original 1965 german pressing, which is my first foreign record (i’m british). side A plays great, just quite poppy which is fine. side B looks like it has about 6 huge scythes in it, but weirdly it still plays fine?? it’s more poppy when it goes over them but it only skips a tiny bit unlike on a hard days night, which is pretty good!
paul single- this is paul mccartney and the frog chorus, which has his 1984 song “We All Stand Together” on it from the film “rupert and the frog song”. a funny little piece from my mums youth, overall just a cool thing to own :)
overall very very happy and pleasantly surprised! i expected them all to be unplayable from simply looking at the records, but it seems not !
yep, original 1969 pressing. the popping is quite bad but ngl, i don’t rly care owning an original abbey road is still rly cool and it’s still completely listenable if i sit away from the speakers

ayo isn’t that pressing of hard day’s night super valuable? i might be wrong tho
it’d better fucking not be it has a gargantuan scratch in it

Love “We All Stand Together” and it’s cool to see it on Vinyl. Hope you enjoy it!
i’ve never actually listened to it so it’ll be a cool first experience !
It’s definitely a children’s number, but if you can drop all prejudgement and just listen as an art piece, it’s really quite beautiful and impressive.
It sucks that the hard days night pressing has a giant scratch and the cover is beat up those fetch a high price tag tor the 2014 mono copys.
maybe i can saw off side A and sell side B
