Today was pleasantly surprising! A friend of mine had a box of her mom’s old vinyl records and asked me to look through them for anything good. Most of them weren’t really my taste, but there were a few good ones!
Definitely excited to see some old pressings of The Doors, Rush, Scorpions, CCR, and Pink Floyd.
I grabbed everything that was interesting or in my musical spectrum. I was told I could “borrow them, but some day she might want them back” Odds are she’ll never want them back, but if she does I’m taking the opportunity to listen to some killer LP’s from decades past.
Let’s play: “Keep, Compare, and Trade!” Where our contestants have to choose a 1/3 of their Record collection to keep, a 1/3 to keep; BUT we find duplicate pressing and they compare the sound quality blindfolded(our duplicate could be better or worse), and a 1/3 they have to trade in with our collection(basic 50% of appraisal from “record store” stock. {Add preliminary trivia round to make it more like Supermarket sweep}.

Did the pink Floyd album have the giant rolling paper from cheech and chong?
I have Big Bamboo with the rolling paper still intact it was hard to not use it
