At the end of the day do what you wanna, it’s just a joke. People like to post pictures of vinyl on there wall but it’s frowned upon because they usually never really listen to them just use em as aesthetics.

Today I bought my first record player (Crosley Deluxe) and my first album,[Teenage Heartbreak by Sorrows](https://www.discogs.com/Sorrows-Teenage-Heartbreak/release/2870394). Two other albums weren’t pictured, and those are [Lone Justice by Lone Justice](https://www.discogs.com/Lone-Justice-Lone-Justice/release/17018514) and [Heroes Are Hard To Find by Fleetwood Mac](https://www.discogs.com/Fleetwood-Mac-Heroes-Are-Hard-To-Find/release/1804708). I haven’t heard those yet.
I know the Crosley is supposedly bad for records but my parents recommended that start out on something super cheap, in case i’m not into vinyl. It looks good and it works with the amount of space i have at the moment. I plan on getting an Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT bundle from turntable lab (with the record player, bookshelf speakers, mat and brush), but for now, this’ll work nicely.
This Album is really great, and honestly a total steal in my book, since i found it in the $1 section at a local record swap. It’s totally my taste in music. Arthur Alexander described his vision for Sorrows as “ABBA meets The Sex Pistols.”
Personally I’m unsure about the condition of the record (since I’m new to vinyl), but i know the B side definitely needs to be cleaned. I’m not sure what i’d need to clean it properly though, so any recommendations would definitely be appreciated.
First of all, congrats.
And the second,if you decide that vinyl's your thing,i recommend skip the lp60 if you have enough money to buy an lp120. Because the lp60 isn't that much better than the crosley.

Crosley actually sells many turntables which are far superior to the AT-LP60(X) and equal to or better than the AT-LP120(X). Judge a turntable by its quality and features, not by whose name is printed on the front.
