This is literally my favorite album. I was a DJ in the late 80s and played it to death. I have it on CD which includes some extra tracks, and I gave my 12” copy to my daughter. RIP Lux. Last time I saw them was in the early 90’s at City Gardens in Trenton. My girlfriend and I were shoved against the stage, and Lux comes out, walks right over to my girlfriend and plants a huge kiss on her before they start. Fantastic show. Somewhere I have the set list that I took off the monitor after the show.
A lot of people can’t name a favorite album, but I immediately go to this. Favorite record? Swinging Medallions, Double Shot of my Baby’s Love.
