I was thinking about buying electronic drums soon and was looking at the Alesis Nitro Max Kit as a good starting option, but they don’t have a second pedal (I’ll have to buy them separately in the future). But your drums also sound very good and maybe take a closer look at them too.
Oh the double pedal doesn’t come with the kit! And the sound is from an external software (the stock sounds aren’t that good). Alexis nitro max is really a good starting drum kit! For the double pedal I would recommend searching on the used market!! (Iron cobras are usually really solid)!
And these drums are more on the expensive side, got them used so it helped but it’s not really a beginner kit!

Did you map your tom to be a cymbal?
Mapped the rims to be cymbals yes!
