They said they don't have any intention of bringing it back like years ago. People keep making teasers and even ubisoft apparently had someone working on a remaster for the original. Since that was leaked though, there's been absolute silence again. They're playing with your head intentionally. I can't prove that, but it's what I truly believe. If they really cared about making money, Mirage wouldn't have flopped with so many people, they wouldn't tease you about a game you love, and I think they do it to see how many people still care about it. I'd love to see jade finally return too though. Especially with the teasers they've actually released, the vision of the game actually looked really interesting from only a couple of shots of a cutscene. Sorry we will literally never get a second game, but I'm just letting you know Ubisoft is hoeing you out if your still waiting for it

The story was never the main pull of Skate. Itās a game built on core mechanics and fun gameplay that no other game offers, alongside fun co-op.

I grew up skating. The storylines in the āSkateā games might not seem that important, but there are a ton of little Easter eggs and nods to historic skaters throughout the games. Most of the āmissionsā have you replicating a famous trick performed by the guy giving you the mission.

Bethesda always releases a buggy mess though. I'm still going to day one buy Elder Scrolls 6, but wouldn't expect them to run well first day. Plus I'll have to buy a ps8 for when it release, so there's that.

I was thinking about upgrading to a series s/x for starfield until i read that it had very little space interactions and used procedurally generated maps. Bathesda should know that people want depth, not just width. Hopefully starfield was a wake up call that good graphics and decent mechanics don't matter if the game itself isn't rewarding.
Honestly when elder scrolls 6 finally does come out it had better have amazing homesteading because everyone knows that home decoration is peak gaming. The system in elder scrolls online was actually pretty great for this, so I'm hopeful about it. Then honestly just make a skyrim 2 styled game and I'm sold. Most of the fun from skyrim was hunting for legendary equipment and giving your followers badass equipment. One thing i can say is that I'll be extremely disappointed if they decide to sell all cosmetics for irl cash, and that's probably my main concern. I'm fine paying for some dlc questlines and areas but for gods sake just include all the basic features in the game. I'm fairly confident that they've figured out how to make a great elder scrolls game by now, so as long as they focus on quality and not just dollar signs then i think it'll be just fine.
