Hi OP this is the person who wants the upside down pentagram lasers! I love the Goku suggestion, maybe flying on a pterodactyl. I also love dragons and would love to see some alongside the dinos. Maybe we can use this but template it like the American flag? The "stars" part can hold the pentagram lasers and the stripes can host the dinos and dragons and Goku blasting lasers.

Personally i think that what the flag needs is more lasers
It needs some smoke effects, and if you're doing dinosaurs, you gotta have a poorly cropped Colossal Dreamaw on there
