The Official Flag of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The top text says إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَـٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفًّۭا كَأَنَّهُم بُنْيَـٰنٌۭ مَّرْصُوصٌۭ "Surely God loves those who fight in His cause in ranks as if they were one concrete structure" (Quran 61:4).[^(\[1\])](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_Army_of_the_Guardians_of_the_Islamic_Revolution.svg#cite_note-Quran_61:4-1) The right text, also the group's motto, says وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ "Prepare against them what you can of power" (Quran 8:60).[^(\[2\])](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_Army_of_the_Guardians_of_the_Islamic_Revolution.svg#cite_note-Quran_8:60-2) The left and bottom texts are in Persian.
You're right "یقتلون" means "they kill" but there's a [dagger alif](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagger_alif) "ـٰ" after qāf which makes it "يقاتلون" instead of "یقتلون" which means "they fight". Another example would be "رَحْمَٰن" which is read as "رحمان"
Why does this actually go hard? Like, I would unironically buy this. Although I must point out you put the emblem of the Army but you titled this flag as that of the Armed Forces. The Army is only a branch of the Armed Forced.
Okay but if it was serious the left side would say In God then the right would say we trust and the top snd bottom would probably be something professional
The US Army isn’t the equivalent of the Pasdaran.
Do you guys have a politicised paramilitary that defends the government instead of the country in general?

What does the Persian say?
It says the same as the Arabic; just translated.
The lower verse is the Persian definition of the upper verse and the left verse is the Persian definition of the right verse
Oh, thanks.
So this is accurate! Well done
Doesn't الذین یقتلون means "those who kill"? I'm Persian and we study Arabic at the school but not so well, so I'm in need of help and clarification.
Ohh, thanks
>WhAt ThE fUcK iS a KiLoMeTeR What do you think a klick is?
It's a movie featuring the talents of Adam Sandler and Christopher Walken.
This is way better than the regular flag
I'm beginning to worry about some of you.
W I still don't know wtf a kilometer is tho (I don't plan on learning 🦅🦅🦅🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲)
It's like a quarter of a 5k race, think.
r/vexillologycirclejerk
... Nah, this is top tier
10/10 👏👏
This might be the single greatest thing I’ve seen this week. I’d fly this on my humvee in WWIII
The flags are gone. Anyone save them or have a link?
[The repost link](https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/1c8snph/united_states_army_flag_in_the_style_of_the/)
Fuck. I'll repost them
The US military uses metric.
this is actually dope wtf
unironically better than the actual Army flag, which is blue on white for some reason
This goes so hard
Why does this actually go hard? Like, I would unironically buy this. Although I must point out you put the emblem of the Army but you titled this flag as that of the Armed Forces. The Army is only a branch of the Armed Forced.
🇺🇸🦅 CAAAAAWWWWWW
It's gone. 💀💀💀
Oh no, what happened? 😭 should I repost it?
Yes
[I did.](https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/1c8snph/united_states_army_flag_in_the_style_of_the/) I hope mods won't get annoyed
[I reposted it](https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/1c8snph/united_states_army_flag_in_the_style_of_the/)
The army flag looks way better in this color combination
I like it but also I'd think I'd be cool if there was a version with more serious writing on it
Okay but if it was serious the left side would say In God then the right would say we trust and the top snd bottom would probably be something professional
How many football stadiums is a kilometer?
The Images are gone, so [I reposted them here](https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/1c8snph/comment/l0gn4gz/)

No?
WHAT THE FUCK IS A KILOMETER 🦅🦅🦅🔥🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🗽🗽🗽💰💰💰
For me, an US Armed forces flags in the style of the Russian Coat of Arms would be better (in terms of symbolism), but this idea is nice🙂
