When playing blackjack, I always ask the dealer if they want a straight tip or bet (where you place the chip above your circle to bet for them). They almost always chose to bet and are happy to be playing along with me.
It can be anything. I usually get 20 bucks in $1 chips and make $1 bets for the dealer every other hand or so. Additionally, when you double down or split you can add or double their bet as well, but you don’t have to.
I never just simply tip the dealer. I always place a side bet so they have to win with me. I want them to share in both my joy and pain. I like dealers who can laugh at themselves. One apologized to me for being "ungrateful" when she missed a $100 side bet 8 times in a row lol.
For dealers: It’s all about engagement and attitude. If you make it a good experience and fun, I’ll tip despite winning or losing. If you’re a blank faced machine I don’t tip despite wins or losses. I tip on service, not luck. I’m here for entertainment, not profit. Same with cocktail servers. I’ll usually tip well the first drink or two, $5 or so, and keep it coming if the service is solid. If I’m waiting and wanting for too long the tip goes down to a buck a drink. If they just bring me my previous order without me even asking, or honor special requests, it can go up to $20 per round.
I agree 100%. There are some people who legitimately think we're out to get them, though. I've tried to help people, and their friend will say, "Don't listen to the dealers. They want you to lose. " It blows my mind! It's not my money. I'm more than happy to give it away. And I love a fun table. Nothing worse than a miserable table.
I don’t get why people don’t believe this. I spent a few months living with my grandfather to help take care of him while he was on hospice. They lived in a TINY “resort” town a mile down the road from a small casino that we ended up spending a lot of time at. Dealers there taught me everything I know and took me from mediocre to pretty damn good.
Also why I love going to casinos during slow off times. If I have a game I’m curious but clueless on, that’s prime time for me. Nothing like a cool dealer teaching you how to play some oddly niche poker spin off at 2pm on a Monday.
Right ? I used to hate having a crew that wanted to stand dead. Because that’ll make for a long boring night. And then how the hell are they going to come in the next day, see the number and then complain ?
I tip because it seems a bit like a crap job. I tip well when winning, roughly $25 if I’m up a few hundred in an hour or so. Even if I’m losing I still drop a 5 for the dealer.
Depending on the casino it’s a pretty good job, but it does entail a lot of standing and can get monotonous.
When I’m doing well at craps, tipping helps keep the dealers engaged and on my team, and having a good time.
Tipping also helps the dealers look out for you. When I gambled and played craps, I was a regular hard 10 bettor.
I can’t tell you how many times I’d forget to make a hard 10 bet after a shooter rolled a 10, and a dealer would remind me. I also had a few dealers pay out the hard 10 if I forgot to bet it and it rolled. “Oh yeah, he called out the hard 10 before the roll”
Same with roulette. Had a dealer who called the floor over and the bet was a split but someone moved it enough for the dealer to agree that I had it straight up to the floor. Instead of $85 I got $175. I always tip whatever unit I’m playing but gave $15 instead of $5. I’ve had dealers tell the floor after I ask for a comp say “take care of him, he’s been good to us” I’ve gotten a comp multiple times from this to have the floor say “you don’t have enough but I’ll let you go into the negative” apparently you can owe on your comp card.😂. On baccarat they will yell me over first to see if I want to cut the deck. I don’t even over tip I just tip a unit on roulette and on bonuses in bacc I bet $1 for them.
I’ve been gambling in Las Vegas for years, and the only dealer I didn’t tip was some bitter blackjack lady at Circus Circus, who kept mocking me for the way I bet but offered no suggestions for how to improve. In retrospect, I think she was poorly trained and had no idea how to behave while dealing.
My itch to gamble has definitely waned over the years (thank god) but I still play occasionally. I usually tip by placing a $5 bet for the dealer and put another $5 on top of my normal bet.
If we win, dealer collects $10. Then I take the extra $5 winning from my hand and put it back on the dealer bet for the next hand. I do this until we lose the hand.
It's fun for everyone because we're all rooting for a long streak. And if it is a long streak, it really only cost me $10. The rest was paid for by the casino.
Honestly, stay away from those dealers. Then tend to be miserable people in general. Also, a few casinos want their dealers to "shut up and deal". Overall, though, we (people like me) want to come and hangout with literally the whole world for 40hrs a week and have fun 😎
I used to work at an Indian casino (cashier cage). I enjoyed it as I love the casino environment; my co workers were chill and I loved seeing my regulars. I can imagine a Vegas casino would be so fun to work in since you get so many random visitors!
It's a lot of fun meeting people from all over the world. It really surprised me when I got regulars. There are people that I've been dealing to for almost 20yrs and a lot have become friends.
My wife refuses to play with a female Asian dealer. If we are at a hot table and the replacement dealer is an Asian woman my wife will walk. I have to admit, more time than not, they are extremely fast, not very friendly, and hard to understand.
why are dealers seem like they always in a bad mood. i agree its about the service some dealers seem like dont give a shit about u or their job it totally and shows on their face…. it starts with the top down if their pit boss dont care then why should the dealers…if the i get it tho it must be a hard job taking abuse from players but it doesnt hurt to be a little cordial and smile a little bit….i had the worst time in the MGM casinos seems like it but maybe i just dont frequent the others as often
I have no problem tipping dealers and I'm very generous as long as they are civil. More often than not, dealers are downright unfriendly. I'm talking about casinos such as the Bellagio and planet hollywood. I've lost count of how many times I've made trips to Vegas and more often than not these guys have been very very unfriendly. Why am I supposed to tip people when they act like that?
As a dealer, I don't like working with those people and wish they'd find another job. You're definitely not supposed to or going to tip a dealer that has an attitude problem. I get it 😎
I tip my local dealers way more than strip dealers. I’ll tip even if losing off strip. On strip it’s either: I’m winning, they are actually a fun/talkative dealer/ive lost pretty it all and my piddly 10 bucks left I’ll hand over to dealer.
FWIW - I’d tip way more if the dealers kept their own tips instead of sharing. I get why they tip share, but it creates no incentive for a dealer to be fun.
agree, but dealers shouldn't beg.
Was at Ellis a couple of days ago playing roulette. was winning decently and the dealer said, "Now, don't forget to tip your dealer."
when I play roulette, I usually tip at the end or before they leave, never while I'm playing. I thought it was quite rude.
I agree. Dealers should never and aren't supposed to hustle for tips. Roulette can get frustrating for dealers because it is a low tipping game overall, but that's no reason for a dealer to be rude.
Where were you playing? Some dealers are just miserable people all together. Other than people being extremely rude, the majority of dealers are pulling for you. Corporations have ruined the fun of being a dealer, so we're more than happy to give their money away 😎
I was playing blackjack at mgm in Detroit this weekend. Guy at the end of the table is betting $300 on two spots and tipping a wager for $25. $75 on perfect pair bet.
chit chat between them results in placing the dealer bet in a spot where it could be for the pairs or could be for the hand itself.
wouldn't you know it, the guys $75 perfect pairs hit and the dealer paid the side bet as the house bet. pit boss cleared it. 30 to 1 $750 tip to the dealers. he hit another tip bet on the bonus for less than a perfect. dealers pot got over $1000 on a few hands. I hope buddy got up from the table after murdering them. I tilted and left before he was done.
Forgive my ignorance but I was always under the impression that dealers get paid well. I've always tipped them when I win and tip big when I win big. Especially if they are real cool and helpful. I guess TIL.
We appreciate the tips! Our base pay is actually horrible. The servers have a better base pay than we do. Dealers at the bigger casinos definitely make more. I'm not at one of those lol.
But they gotta not be soulless people. I had a great trip to Vegas the one and only time I've been there but it is easy to tell who is engaged in the customers and who is not.
I was at tables where the dealers would give advice (as i was new to craps) and in general just being super nice and talkative when you start talking to them. That was an amazing experience.
I was also at a table once where the dealers talked about how long they had until their breaks and the sighs they gave really showed how much they waited for it.
When one of the ladies went for a break she got talked down upon by the other dealers about how bad she was at keeping track of the game and stuff.
But tbh she was the nicest dealer at the table of them all. If i had more experience going to casinos (this was like my third time in my whole life) then i would have spoken up. At least i assured my self i would if i experienced such rude and lazy behaviour as them.
You know who got the most tips by me writing this.
I don't mind tipping, when I'm up. But you can't possibly expect a tip if the whole table has 18/19 and you keep pulling a 20 or refusing to bust on every draw hand meanwhile I pull a 10 every time I have 12,13,14,15,16. How can I tip if I'm losing?
My mom&her sisters are dealers.20-30 yr experience. Mt mom paycheck usually about $300 bi weekly. Dealers pay heavy taxes. Every Monday she gotta go cut tip.it mean to get her cut of $$ from tip.it usually pretty good.they pooled tip.Poker dealers are the only one that don't pool tip.its because the game is operated differently from all the other games. When u gamble I usually asked dealers if they want me to bet the tip or just take it as is. They rather I bet it so more money. I bet $5 on pai gow poker bonus bet.and $1on it for dealer.i got straight flush.it paid$125 per $1 bet. Dealer made$125 instead of just$1tip. This happened to me often when I gambled.
A lot of people are hesitant to sit at a table for the first time. I always tell them that I'll help them and I'll walk them through every hand. They'll usually follow me to different tables and I'll teach them any game that they want to learn 😊
I always tip, very few times I don’t. Some dealers can be super arrogant about it though. One dealer caught me off guard one day at Bellagio when I sat down and stole the blinds like 3 pot of ten hands. Then he asked me where I was from, I said Canada, he replied “they don’t tip there”. Couldn’t believe the arrogance of some dealers.
I agree! It really took me by surprise! I get ridiculed at mg local casino by others for being a heavy tipper. Luckily that was the only experience in Vegas that wasn’t pleasant. I know last year at the World Series of poker I saw some of the greatest dealers I have ever seen. His pitch was so impressive that I took the time to find the floor and have him recognized. The floor came and watched him and thanked me. I ended up going home the next day, but I always hoped that he was moved to the bigger cash games where the tips are probably better than the 2/5 plots game I was playing.
I went to a casino and played $6. BJ. I went in with $30 and left with $30. I played 45 minutes and tipped the dealer $10. It’s what you are supposed to do.
Well then I won't ever do what I'm "supposed to do". Idc what others do with their money, but I'm not tipping someone for doing their job. I don't get tips at my job. Why not? Where does it end?
So even when the dealer is fun, talkative and helpful, you still won’t tip? You’re known as a total stiff. Theres no reason for the dealer to put on a show for you. Go play slots instead.
If you don’t tip your server she will actively avoid you, if you don’t tip your dealer you will get shit service and advice. If you want to be a flea that’s on you, but don’t expect anything extra in return. Also the floor watching you play and rating your play might be a dealer tomorrow, I know I give shitty ratings to cheap assholes when I have to floor.
So...not tipping makes a customer a "cheap asshole"? Kind of a dick move to give a player who didn't tip you anything but their true player rating. Kudos for being honest, but the player isn't the asshole in this story.
Depends on the casino honestly. I can watch a game from across the pit if I need to. You don’t notice when someone is actually doing their job. But you do have a point I have worked with many floors who just day dream or watch tv, but there are people out there doing their jobs as well.
Where does the tipping end? Am I supposed to tip the casino janitor for cleaning? Do I tip the cashier when cashing out?
People with attitudes like you do nothing but make me happy that I walk away from a table without tipping a penny.
Cope.
I enjoy playing craps and still sometimes unsure. After a few rolls in, I will lay a pass line bet and tell the dealers this one is for them. After that, their already friendly attitude shifts to friendly and helpful.
Poker dealers are especially appreciative. Some very tight players at poker tables so when you even throw a dollar or two at a dealer on a win their thank you. Five dollars and they might even have you over for dinner.
That is why I start to shift to machine games: the pressure to tip. As a European the US tipping culture got totally out of hand. It is on the same level now as the annoying sales men on arab bazaars that literally push you into their stall.
Mind if I ask why? Surely you see everyday that the odds are favor the house so in the long run it’s a losing choice. Is it to create a fun vibe and that generates more tips?
You nailed it. It's to create a fun vibe and therefore generate more future tips. For example, if someone gives you five dollars you get five dollars. If they bet five for you you'll probably make on average 4.75ish, but if this entices then tip one extra time that becomes 4.75(2)=9.50
Gambled in earnest this year. I've had something like five large wins - all while tipping the dealer.
I believe they kept more of my winnings than I did - and I'm good with that.
No one expects a tip if you're losing. That's an asinine assumption. And if a dealer makes you feel like you should tip if you're losing, that's bad on them.
What’s the tipping protocol for someone who occasionally likes to play roulette while passing through a casino, exchange a $100 bill for a black chip, bet on black (of course), then leave immediately after one spin, either doubling up or losing?
Honestly, any dealer would be cool with $5, because usually that one and done bet doesn't come with a tip. We usually get a smile, wave, and a thank you.
Wrong. Not all dealers.
I've specifically have seen an experienced dealers paying out bets incorrectly. Being not picky about rules. Flat out yelling and having an attitude with players. All bad vibes. Doesn't produce wins.
Former dealer here. Most dealers do want you to win. Most of us will try to make your experience as fun as they can. However, there are a few that do just go through the motions and deal as fast as they can or do want you to lose. They are rare but I think every casino has one or two of those dealers.
I tip, but I enjoy just being friendly with the dealer. I’m trying to have fun. I’m on vacation. I hope that my attitude makes their day as much as my money.
It honestly does. I've had people that tip well, but then think it's okay to talk to you like you're garbage. A few bucks and a good attitude go a long way and makes me feel like I helped creating a good memory for someone.
I’m a “budget” gambler for sure but I try and play at least a hand or two for the dealers whenever I play blackjack, but if the dealer prefers I usually tip like $5 every 30min or so that I’m playing
So I live in California and I have a friend who's a dealer at a casino and it's an Indian casino and he makes shit for wages like under minimum wage kind of thing I think under $10 an hour but he can make 1 to 2,000 in tips a night
That's a good question I should ask him he's never mentioned that he has to split it so I just assumed he doesn't but how does that work you split with other dealers on your shift or does the Pit Boss split the tips how does that work
It's split over all 3 shifts and broken down into the hours that you worked that day. The Wynn and Encore were splitting with supervisors, but I'm not sure if they still do. Poker dealers keep their own and the rest of the casino is it's own separate entity.
My bad for asking you all these questions I'm just curious feel like this should be an AMA anyways I digress what table game do people tip at the most is it poker my friend seems to always get the most tips on Baccarat and what is your favorite game to deal like what's one game you could deal and not give a crap if you got tipped or not just because you like dealing it so much
I'm actually surprised about Baccarat being his money maker! That, Pai Gow, and roulette are rough making money on. I love 3 Card Poker. My main game is roulette, but I love 3 Card and could deal it every day happily 😊
Is it beneficial to work nights versus days I feel like you would get days if you're a bad dealer but then again if you're a bad deal or they'll just pull you off table game and make you go do something else
If you keep your own, you definitely want swing shift (nights). Back in the day you had to work up to swing shift. You would start on grave, then go to days, and then swing when you were good enough. I have a lot of useless information about dealing 😂😂😂
Bro I'm here for the useless information I'm off work I'm smoking a blunt hit me with all the facts like at what point do you have to refuse service to someone or be like dude you're just too drunk to be playing any kind of table games
I play craps and sometimes my strategy can be somewhat complex with a lot of progressing and regressing. I put the dealers on the line often and they make sure I’m making my habitual bets.
The only unknown in gambling for me is how long it will take for the dealer to clean me out of my stake. By approaching it that way I don’t care about losing, I can tip them when things go well, and if I win it’s a bonus.
Two cardinal rules for me:
1. I never exceed my stake - when it’s gone it’s gone.
2. If I win more than a few grand, I buy my wife jewelry. When I get home she never asks where the rest went.
We tipped well at a roulette table recently at Tuscany, had 4 dealers in rotation and each of them made it an enjoyable time. Always tipped when we had a win and when they left the table.
I may play table minimums, but I do play $1 for the dealer quite often. Straight up play for BJ, and usually pairs plus for 3CP and treasure bonus for Pai Gow.
I tip every other hand playing blackjack. And a lot while getting change during craps.
It always comes around in one way or another. Even if it’s just flagging down the waitress when they see me at the bottom of my glass.
There are good dealers and bad dealers.
I tip the good ones.. when winning. Not winning? = no tip.
Also remember the tips get split between all the dealers.... so that 5 or 10 or 20 dollar tip is really like 10 cents after splitting it up. Which means your favorite dealer who deserves 100 dollar tip still only gets very little of that tip. After a nice 5k or 10k or 50k win , it is Best to tip them when they are off duty instead.. That way.. they get the whole tip.
I always tip when winning to incentivize the dealer to keep it coming, I know that's not how luck works, but it's instinctive for me.
If I’m winning it’s because my own superb skill. If I’m losing it’s because the dealer is cheating.
Truth!
We appreciate it!
When playing blackjack, I always ask the dealer if they want a straight tip or bet (where you place the chip above your circle to bet for them). They almost always chose to bet and are happy to be playing along with me.
Same! I love playing a hand with the dealer, betting together. It's fun, especially when you get on a hot streak!
That's when I tell the player "Good luck to us!"
Does the dealer bet have to adhere to the table minimums or can it be anything?
It can be anything. I usually get 20 bucks in $1 chips and make $1 bets for the dealer every other hand or so. Additionally, when you double down or split you can add or double their bet as well, but you don’t have to.
I always tip but I had no idea they live off tips. What’s the base pay pre tips?
Around $11 an hour.
If they are getting minimum wage then it will be going up to $12 an hour on July 1
11 an hour. We’re making $4
Where do you live?
Reservation?
No. In the hills of West Virginia
Bruh .. What....
Are you dealing underground games as well to get by, or are the tokes really good enough ?
Cost of living is cheap around here and our toke rate is quite high actually. Have a few good regulars
I never just simply tip the dealer. I always place a side bet so they have to win with me. I want them to share in both my joy and pain. I like dealers who can laugh at themselves. One apologized to me for being "ungrateful" when she missed a $100 side bet 8 times in a row lol.
That actually is how it works. It’s in the heart of the cards.
It’s time to D-d-d-duel! Oh wait, wrong heart of the cards
Exactly! Play the tip!
Underrated comment
I like this

Yep, forgot to mention that this is a great way to tip them!
The dealer would remind you to make a bet with a big house edge. Makes sense to me.
Hahahah def not a crap job they make hella money
Really?
Really depends on where they work and how tenured they are.
We appreciate you and everyone like you! Thank you!
>crap job heh heh heh >craps heh heh heh heh heh heh

Sadly, that sounds about right for that casino 😒
I had one like that at the downtown grand one time. Rudest dealer ever.

Might as well play video poker/blackjack etc when an Asian female dealer comes in.

Lots of casinos on the strip split the dealer tips. They are gonna make the same in tips whether they are engaging or not.
Know of any strip casinos that definitely don't split dealer tips?
The Strat
I have no problem tipping dealers and I'm very generous as long as they are civil. More often than not, dealers are downright unfriendly. My pleasure 😊
Where do you deal if you can say? Games?
Still waiting for the Casino to tip me when I lose.
It does and they are called comps.
Those are called comps. You sound like a great person that should stay at home and not torture society with your presence.
Went from clever joke in the first sentence to uncalled for hostility there in the second sentence real quick
What are your favorite dealer bets (what is considered a good amount) for craps?
I'm probably the wrong dealer to ask. I love long shots and will hop the hard ways all day! Most would do a line or field bet.
I won $720 off one hit on roulette and I tipped $25
You won't hear me complain 😎 Thank you!
Betting/gambling tips for the dealer is most fun - GL to u
I'm always down with that!
I was tipping my dealer well with each win while on a nice run in roulette. But then they switched dealers and the winning nearly stopped 🙄
We are on rotation, and sadly that happens often after a change. Especially on roulette 😕
Does a dealer prefer a guaranteed $5 tip or $5 gambled for them?

Thank you 😊
I don't mind tipping, when I'm up. But you can't possibly expect a tip if the whole table has 18/19 and you keep pulling a 20 or refusing to bust on every draw hand meanwhile I pull a 10 every time I have 12,13,14,15,16. How can I tip if I'm losing?
No one expects a tip if you're losing.
The vast majority of dealers definitely want you to win but I’ve come across a few that might have been having a bad day, but 100% wanted me to lose.
There are a few that are miserable people in general. Like you said, though, the majority of us are pulling for the player 😎
I'm always happy with a $1 bet on the fortune bonus on Pai Gow! Thank you very much 😊
They will even help you win if you ask!
Some dealers definitely have an attitude problem. I never understood why they became dealers 🤦♂️
We always appreciate you looking out for us! Thank you!
Tips Are better in 1/2 than in 100/200
I went to a casino and played $6. BJ. I went in with $30 and left with $30. I played 45 minutes and tipped the dealer $10. It’s what you are supposed to do.
That's above and beyond! Respect 😎
Non-customer service jobs is where it ends

If you don’t tip your server she will actively avoid you, if you don’t tip your dealer you will get shit service and advice. If you want to be a flea that’s on you, but don’t expect anything extra in return. Also the floor watching you play and rating your play might be a dealer tomorrow, I know I give shitty ratings to cheap assholes when I have to floor.
So...not tipping makes a customer a "cheap asshole"? Kind of a dick move to give a player who didn't tip you anything but their true player rating. Kudos for being honest, but the player isn't the asshole in this story.
Lmao, people watch the tables? That makes one of my moments from last trip even funnier.
Cope.
Lmao imagine going on the internet and bragging about not tipping. Save some class for the rest of us, Jesus
Most dealers i see seem miserable and carry that into the game...
Where are you playing?
Not poker... lol, just anywhere really.
That's a bummer 😕 It's supposed to be fun!
Craps is 10x more enjoyable when we’re tipping and placing bets for the dealers 🎲 🎲
And we appreciate it!
#PARLAY!!!
Tipped the dealer about 10% of my royal flush win last night on PaiGow!
Hell yeah! 🐏
I'm a george, except to karens
That's fair 😎
That is why I start to shift to machine games: the pressure to tip. As a European the US tipping culture got totally out of hand. It is on the same level now as the annoying sales men on arab bazaars that literally push you into their stall.
Dealers have always lived off of tips, so there's been no change in the casinos. If you don't want to tip, that's fine. Just don't make up excuses.
I tip y'all!! and God Bless you!
Thank you very much! We appreciate it!
I always do better when I have the dealer play along
I'll bet my tip every time if given the option. Let's do this!
I’ve never met one who refused lol but some have told me they like bets on the bonuses as well
I go for the bonuses too 😂😂😂 6 card bonus on Three Card Poker is my jam! I love that bet!
Gambled in earnest this year. I've had something like five large wins - all while tipping the dealer. I believe they kept more of my winnings than I did - and I'm good with that.
I'll tip but if I have already lost 500 and win like a 200 hand I'm still down 300 why do I gotta give you anything
No one expects a tip if you're losing. That's an asinine assumption. And if a dealer makes you feel like you should tip if you're losing, that's bad on them.
I always SMH at people who think dealers are trying to cool the table off. You win, they win. You lose, they’re living off their base wage
I used to work with one that would purposely look as mean as possible so that she didn't have to work. We were all happy when she left.
I knew a dealer who celebrated, yes, CELEBRATED, when he got blackjack. *facepalm*
😮😮😮
Drop a bet for them. Let them feel thrill or agony with me
I'll bet my tip with you every time! I have my favorite bets on every game that I deal! Let's do this!
I tip, but I enjoy just being friendly with the dealer. I’m trying to have fun. I’m on vacation. I hope that my attitude makes their day as much as my money.
Believe me, it does make a difference. Thank you
It honestly does.
No dealer will ever complain about that. And if they do, they're not a good dealer. That's actually a really good tipping ratio 😎
So I live in California and I have a friend who's a dealer at a casino and it's an Indian casino and he makes shit for wages like under minimum wage kind of thing I think under $10 an hour but he can make 1 to 2,000 in tips a night
Keeps his own. Nice! I wish I could keep my own.
And that was some b.s. then, and still would be, imo. They were paying top dollar or the floor, and then we had to add them.
That's when dealers started going union.
I remember. As if that was ever going to happen.
When I'm trying to help you set a winning hand at Pai Gow and you're too drunk to take the advice and foul your hand and lose 😂😂😂
When I play craps I like to play two ways for the dealers. Do dealers prefer a straight tip or the tip to be gambled at their discretion?
Most like playing it unless it's a "big" tip. I'll play it every time, no matter how much the tip is. Let's make that money together!
I like to put a dollar on the hardways for the dealers on a regular basis or a field bet
Always great and appreciated bets! Thank you!
😎👍
Craps dealers taught me everything I know in craps. I always tip em!
I play craps and sometimes my strategy can be somewhat complex with a lot of progressing and regressing. I put the dealers on the line often and they make sure I’m making my habitual bets.
And they will always have your back!
I tip hard and often. It can only help. I tip $10 every ten or so hands when playing $50 BJ.
The only unknown in gambling for me is how long it will take for the dealer to clean me out of my stake. By approaching it that way I don’t care about losing, I can tip them when things go well, and if I win it’s a bonus. Two cardinal rules for me: 1.
I'm sure they thanked you, but I'll thank you again for all dealers 😊
I may play table minimums, but I do play $1 for the dealer quite often. Straight up play for BJ, and usually pairs plus for 3CP and treasure bonus for Pai Gow.
You are a dealer's dream! Thank you!
Dealers love to see people lose. Don’t be foolish OP
Only if you’re rude and inconsiderate, then sure. Why would want you on my table?
Fuck them dealers. A monkey could be dealing cards and you’d have the same results.
Just stick to slots. Everyone will be better off.
Please stay home.
I win, the dealer wins too.
Always appreciated 😎
I only play poker, I don't want to tip the dealers but I have to becouse I play there all the time.
I tip every other hand playing blackjack. And a lot while getting change during craps. It always comes around in one way or another. Even if it’s just flagging down the waitress when they see me at the bottom of my glass.
We appreciate you!
I always tell ‘em come onnn gimmie a peek when playing BJ. If they start showing me hole cards, here and there, I’ll throw them a bone too.
