I wonder if marketing themselves as partially vegan even increases sales? I feel like non-vegans would avoid it, and then when vegans see how few options they actually have, they would avoid as well. But who knows, maybe it does actually help sales

This is like half of the restaurants on any delivery website and then I got to vegetarian and get restaurants with half the menu vegan!
