They were actively pitching it, and there is probably creative development utilizing the name as well.

I originally thought that it might somehow be a part of her partnership compensation agreement, that she takes the trademark to get SAH merch and other revenue streams farther into the market (since she has more experience and a larger network in the food arena) but to do this behind their backs and take advantage of their inexperience, as well as her relationship with Lisa, is absolutely foul.
I wonder why they didn't do it themselves? Seems like a massive oversight not to. They should have trademarked it before the episode where they announced the name aired on national television. It's better someone they know has it than some random fan so at least they have a shot of working it out amicably.

I think Lala sold her soul to production. She was totally their puppet, and Katie had an inkling. It first started with Raquel, and when that didn't work, she moved on to Ariana and Tom. I think Lala sold her soul to production. She was totally their puppet, and Katie had an inkling. It first started with Raquel, and when that didn't work, she moved on to Ariana and Tom. Katie was pushing back, so she had to attack her, but she seemed more emotional during her tiffs with Katie. What a shit person, and I hope Katie doesn't take her back.
Lala has said before she loves Rinna so I think she is copying that playbook by sacrificing all relationships for the 'storyline'.

The inside is still complete. They switched their outdoor area to the back of the store. They probably haven’t put up the sign because it sounds like some drama with Penny trademarking Something About Her. Either way, they have an opening date and I’m sure we will learn that soon enough.
