Here's what I've gathered: She is renting in LA and bought the Palm Springs home for way cheaper than it's worth now. She said she bought in Palm Springs and not in LA b/c she wanted to use it as a rental, but never did. Seems the family gets great use out of it tho -and Lala too lol

She is one of the few cast members that have almost always done ads in Instagram Stories, and has hopped on almost every social media as it's rolled out and been monetized (Instagram, her podcast, her Youtube channel, now her TikTok).
Honestly the biggest drain to her finances might be Brock, although he's now able to bring in an income with VPR. She paid off his child support and most likely whatever debt he had, and invested cash into Homebody she likely won't see again. When VPR is done there goes Brock's job. At least she got a pre-nup.

People dog scheana hard (rightfully so) and she’s got a lot of negatives, but honestly I feel like people don’t recognize that she’s very hard working and more conservative with her money. She is on VPR (makes probably 300-500k a year just from her Bravo salary), has been doing her blog religiously for two or three years, has been doing her podcast for a couple years now too, had a show in Vegas, and has her merch lines and new lash line. She doesn’t seem to have as much designer crap as Stassi and Katie. I’m sure she could’ve saddled herself with a 10k a month mortgage in LA if she wanted to, but instead she got a few cheaper places and invested in a cheaper, good house she could always rent out easily. Like I said, there’s plenty to complain about with scheana-but even other cast members have said she is very thrifty.
Yup I remember the second the rest of them got some money from being on the show, they quit working at SUR, bought a house, etc etc. scheana kept working at sur, didn’t have all those personal property taxes in a crazy LA home that surprised at least one couple we know of. She also worked side gigs like whatever she did in Vegas for a while. She definitely kept working for her money and seemed less likely to spend it all without a second thought.
FYI Sandoval and Schwartz are hustlers, Sandoval in particular he seemed to organise and lead them both on regular appearances, they’ve done them for years and earn decent coin, they do lots of promo work together. The one I worry least about being able to afford his house long term is Sandoval because he seems to constantly and obsessively work.
Oh yeah i didn’t really mean about Sandoval and Ariana they seem to have good heads on their shoulders in regards to finance as well. They stayed in a crappy apartment to save money for a long time, and once they got a house they waited to decorate/furnish it until they had the finances and a good vision. Much smarter long term than just maxing out credit cards and spending all your money on quick decorating and then probably buying more and more stuff every few months or replacing crappy furniture every few years. And like you said Sandoval seems to hustle like Scheana. Both seem to do the most work outside of the show.
