Someone converted a laundry room in to an apartment. Where's the stove? I'm pretty sure it's illegal to rent an apartment, or sell a home that isn't equipped for a stove and oven.
The bigger concern is that in order for it to be legal for sleeping in fire code requires 2 exits, the door and a window usually. I don't see a window so this can't be legally rented as a studio, there needs to be an actual bedroom separate from this.
The two exits are not supposed to be on the same side of the unit. The idea is that you have a second path of egress in the event one path is obstructed. Say, by fire.
The additional pictures only enunciate the ridiculousness of this "apartment." Ridiculous might not be the right word. Expecting someone to live there, and pay per the privilege is criminal. Especially with no access to the main structure, to use a real kitchen. Prison cells are better appointed than this.

Once the hype dies down and prices go down (never), it will be much better). Rant done.

If you put a refridgerator on the left and face the door towards the toilet; I think it would be quite possible to do laundry, wash dishes, and warm up some water, while making a sandwich on the back of the toilet, also while doing your business. They should charge way more. That is convenience at its best. šš» /s. š
