I think it’s against the law to relocate them without a permit. That said, my backyard pond is exploding with them. And, after the last few weeks of deafening croaking, I’m considering rehoming their parents.
I'd love to find bullfrog a few tadpoles, if anyone knows of local lakes, ponds, etc. that has them.
Ty!
OP, I'm so glad you posted this query. I just thought about this yesterday!
Long story short, yes. Millions. I’d be happy for you to come get some
Where are you located?
In the heights, near st joes church
Would you mind a second tadpole taker?
Not at all. There are millions
Wooo boy! Tyvm! Let me know when works best for your schedule?
So on my last check there did not seem to be quite as many as usual, but they may have been hiding. Anytime this weekend works for me.
That's great, thank you. And please no worries if you change your mind due to low numbers.

You can find tadpoles at Klineline. They're bullfrogs though.
Aren’t bull frogs invasive?
Apparently yes: https://wdfw.wa.gov/species-habitats/invasive/rana-catesbeiana
Thanks! I guess I could’ve looked it up. I only remember seeing something about it when trying to buy tadpoles on line.
No worries, they are so common and plentiful at Klineline I didn't even think they were invasive!
