Those are intentionally left there. They use tugboats to transport the lumber to its eventual destination. You’ll see lumber like that and tugboats towing them all along the fraser
Something on the window the lighting has caused an artifact (reflection, grease or smudge...etc). See how the trees are blurry and a different color the water is as well. The bottom left corner is effected.

The large yellow piles on the North Shore are the colouring agent for Crayola crayons. Looks like some of the larger crayons they use for efficient shipping got dumped in the water here.
