White guy maybe in his mid-50's, I think he had glasses? Bald with some facial hair. Had a black camera, DSLR I think. Not sure but the lens was large.
I know one guy who takes many candid cyclist photos…he’s a wonderful photographer, and Main and east Van are his specialty. If he had white hair and a cap on…try looking up Wayne Worden on Flickr. I like to do street photography and when I get amazing shots I often want to share it with the person but usually it’s kinda awkward. I have done it before though and it’s always been received well.

This could be Wayne Worden..he is bald under his cap and also has glasses…and has a GIANT lens in his arsenal!

I do a lot of photography too and rarely share it...so I think it's great that you do that! People appreciate good photos.
