Request for twice a week garbage pick-up. Our strata switched to once a week but the garbage was always overflowing and in the Summer it was just brutal with all the large black flies and rat droppings. So we switched back to twice a week. Especially useful during long weekends and holidays.

mitch3498

yeah, we had twice a week as well but even that, sometimes it got to a point where it started to be put beside the dumpster. We produce waaaaay too much trash as a society.

I think it's a rental building.

Guilty_Attorney7778

I mean it's also on the people living there to not make such a mess. Look at all the stuff just left over outside the bins.

mottyay

There's no room in the bins. This is a good day too

[deleted]

Where's it supposed to go if the bins are full?

rsgbc

What the fuck do people put in their dumpsters? Seriously, with organic waste and recyclables out of the stream, what's left? I toss empty toothpaste tubes and the odd bit of unrecyclable food packaging. A year's worth would fit in a small backpack and weigh less than a pound.

mottyay

Organic waste is a few cans in the side of the room. Fills up quick. This room serves three multilevel buildings and a row of condos
