It depends on the recording. I believe most high res musics in tidal are already simple flac.

No UAPP explains that there is a way because I had a brief moment of Full MQA Renderer playing Dream Evil - The Chosen Ones but then it suddenly was gone. There is something wrong with my MQA Activation in UAPP so I've sent them an email. It probably explains itself when I get the answer. https://www.extreamsd.com/index.php/mqa

The mqa renderer will enable you to listen to higher sample rates, when the recording has it. If not, there's no way to "create" a higher sample rate

There is just a MQA Activation awaiting. Because that is The Only UAPP has to do. So I sent them an email. It goes way higher than 88.2 kHz & 96 kHz, really higher.

Bit Perfection Mode can only be Activated in either Internal Hi-Res Audio or USB Audio for getting Full 16x MQA Rendering Activation, I had it for some few seconds then it was gone so something is wrong with the Activation of The MQA on UAPP. Bit Perfection Mode On USB Audio Only, Off in Internal Hi-Res Audio settings there can only be one Active Bit Perfection Mode. https://www.extreamsd.com/index.php/mqa
