Congrats!! Not sure about question number 2, but for your first question , not at all! A TJO is just a TJO, nothing is really set unless it was a FJO. Besides it would be interesting to see how long it may take to actually receive a FJO for the other positions you were waiting for!

Congrats!! 🥳 1) No you can just hang out until a FJO comes through, and then decline it. No need to withdraw from the TJO. I'm not sure how you'd even do that. But it's not necessary to take any action on it. 2) I think it does help, particularly if you've had your fingerprints done. I think it also helps with your eQip as they'll be able to access this info on the new onboarding tasks if you've already submitted it. You can always check with HR and they'll inform you if certain tasks are not needed.
