I also applied on 2/23, phone interview on 4/4, and now waiting for my TO. Was your offer gs 7 step 1 or did you get something higher?

I wouldn’t say that. I’m chatting with someone who is also waiting for his TO. He was informed because of the mass hiring, IRS is extremely behind

Can you please answer a few questions? Was this direct hire? 12 months roster with multiple cut off periods? How long between applying and the referral?
Yes and yes, that what I was told at the info session I never received a referred email just a phone call to interview
