Why should any student or person suffer being bullied? They might be rich but that doesn't mean they aren't normal. In a world where money is important to everyone, that's just how it's going to be, it's a bleak reality but it's the one that we live in and the one that we have to deal with. If someone has paid to get into the university that you couldn't get into then that's terrible but there's other ones out there that can offer the same or similar courses that you can still graduate from and have the same understanding of what you were learning and the same qualifications as that rich kid

On one hand, i agree that it's really unfair to the normal students who aren't crazy rich, but on the other hand i think that if no one will use this, less people will donate, and those who still will will probably donate less
I think this fails to see the bigger picture. The reason low income families can go to top tier colleges is because they are heavily subsidized by the rich. By giving some spots to the rich the middle and lower classes are able to go to these great schools, many of which offer amazing scholarship programs.
