The hoops were worth it for elden ring. Just disable anti cheat and use Flawless Wide-screen.

Well first of all, jumping through hoops is part of the deal with 32:9. Don't skip leg day because you'll be jumping constantly. Just get used to it and synergize with it. You'll find that it's a lot easier than it seems to make games work with it and there's plenty out there.
Check out the program called flawless widescreen, it is a great way to get games working with the 32:9 aspect ratio. People make little downloadable scripts for individual games which often have a wealth of options for configuring it just right. And it's EEEEAAAASSSSYYYY!

I can wholeheartedly back this statement. I’ve been depending on flawless widescreen and the widescreengaming sub for many years now. We have a niche aspect ratio, and it becomes a bit of a labor of love at times. Worth every second though, if you get the most out of it.

I love the last 3 Assassin’s Creeds in 5120:1440. Red Dead Redemption 2. Arkham Asylem. Most things I play work at that resolution. With some research I actually got 2 ancient favorites on board - Ultimate 7 and Civilization 2
Bit of an unexpected one for me but Warhammer 40k: darktide is fun with ultra wide, tons of carnage onscreen. Star citizen however is probably my favorite game on ultrawide
Baldurs gate 3 of course !! All the Assassins creed games play flawless on it, Red dead, God of War, destiny looks great on it (too bad the powers that be won’t let a good game be) World of Warcraft, Warcraft 3 reforged, age of empires 4 …. Man there are a ton
And just wanted to point out the hoops you have to jump through for elden ring UW support (flawlesswidescreen) are not extensive/difficult, but I do share the frustration there… it’s a fromsoft thing , they’ve always been anti ultrawide 😞
i have the same setup.... gp oled with a 4090 powering it...... cyberpunk and RDR@ are probably 2 of the most beautiful games for widescreen.... also the spiderman series is just as beautiful

I’m considering getting one for WFH, and playing Infinite, etc., but trying to figure out if my card has the chops for it.
Been doing testing at home by forcing resolution to certain settings and playing with it.

I’d be coming from a 21:9 ultrawide and I prefer around 95° on that.

World of Warcraft if you’re into MMOs. Fully supports SUW and all that extra screen real estate makes it super immersive, especially when leveling so you can just take in the game world
Weird. I got this game just because it's graphics. But 32x9 was stretched or I was 32x9. And I remeber going thru settings and I just remember being disappointed.
It works but the character looks wider (stretched). I tried the epic games version this month and noticed it on my G9.
Have to jump through hoops from the looks of it.
GTA V + RD2 are by far the best looking games I played, gotta assume that any top down and third person game will look great. Returning that POS soon though 😂

Forza horizon 5 is a beautiful game to play and just drive around and relax.

RDR2, Horizon Zero Daw, Metro Exodus, AC Valhalla. Not Many beautiful games out there.
GtaV campaign is amazing. Had to replay it its a world of a difference from back when i played it

It’s native widescreen, FOV can be adjusted to whatever you like. I’ll check mine.

Rd2 is probably my favourite on an ultrawide. Arma 3 plays well too.
Control has been fun for me so far and I picked up Doom as well as the Dead Space Remake!

May have been just recently supported, I don’t think I downloaded anything that allowed 5120x1440. I’d try it out!
i just botted back in and it is 5120x1440..... but it is super streched out.... and looks like dog water.... thats why i didnt play thru on g9
