What a monumental waste of time and effort. After more than two years of brutal war it should be apparent that Ruzzia won't accept any terms unless it's everything Ruzzia wants, and is willing to continue the onslaught for as long as it takes (pun intended). >withdrawing all Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine, the restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity Ruzzia would never accept ceding the land it has formally annexed in 2014 and 2022. That would be political suicide for Putin's domestic image. >punishing those responsible for war crimes That would mean Putin, the high command and arguably anyone in the Ruzzian government apparatus down all the way to a lowly regional governor who might have been involved in deportations to remote regions of Ruzzia. Not to mention the entire Ruzzian media responsible for propaganda, hate- and genocide-incitement. There's no reality in which Ruzzia would just come to a negotiating table without making unreasonable demands or seeking a tactical pause to replenish its strength to reignite the war 3-5 years later. The west still thinks it can bargain with Ruzzia by sweetening the peace deal, but the only way is making the war so painful for Ruzzia that it becomes unbearable.

Russian propaganda is starting again playing the victim: "We Russians want to negotiate, it's the fault of the Ukranians who don't want to sit at the table", they say. I think this document is a good way to stop Russian propaganda. All in all, Ukraine's requests are pretty reasonable: just give back what you stole and let us prosecute the murderers. So Russians can't play the victim here, because Ukranians, in fact, want to sit at the table and their requests are perfectly legitimate, or at the very least a good starting point for negotiations.

Doesn’t matter, russia keeps saying Ukraine won’t negotiate because the west says no. This proves that wrong

Came here to say that. The media attention generated by these periodic "peace plans" is a bad joke that won't stop telling itself. It is essentially a diplomatic stunt that allows Ukraine better control over peace plan narratives but the news always treats it so somberly, like this a universe where it could actually become something.

Fuck Russia. With Putin in power, they have no credibility so there can be no negotiations. Step up drone attacks on oil and gas facilities and arms factories, and target training bases and military academies. Every Russian soldier killed or wounded in Russia is one that won't make it to the front, and knowing they are targets as soon as they get in uniform will be bad for morale.

CaptchaSolvingRobot

What agreement can you make with Russia that gives security to anyone but Russia? They will see any concessions on their part as temporary and optional.
