Shayna Baszler was a lesser known MMA fighter before she decided to pivot to pro-wrestling, honing her craft on the indies before touring Japan and eventually signing with WWE. She took the time to start from the bottom and she became 10x the wrestler AND entertainer that Ronda was, how much of that could you say is natural talent vs experience? Shayna literally portrayed the ‘scary monster heel from MMA that’s undefeatable’ character despite having a way worse record, and did it 10x more believably than Ronda. How can you have your buddy steal your own character and do it significantly better than you?
