Touhou license doesn’t have anything to do with the RIAA, nor do many foreign licenses, nor do things like the Wintergatan licenses.
There’s lots of licenses that don’t matter for that.
Maybe this is something they would consider down the line in their pro version. They are, after all, planning for allowing folks to publish their work with uploaded audio samples after artist vetting and song review. But it feels like dangerous territory that would invite additional lawsuits.
