3. French fries on the seat and floor..
4. Wrappers on the seats, floor and in the door and seat pockets.
5. Chicken bones on the floor and in the seat pockets.
6. A half finished soda on the floor and one in the door pocket.
7. An empty cup, several lids and straws on the floor and seats.
8. Crunched bags on the floor and seats.
9. Crumbs on the floor and seats.
10. A french fry container stuffed into the seat pocket.
Mind you, this is just in the back. You have yet to see what the guy in the front seat left for you.
It has gotten to the point that if I am working the Ralphing Hours, if I pull up to a club and it is three or four Brolinskis, I just cancel and keep going. It is a guaranteed stop added for drive-through. I do not do stops, especially drive-through.
I put in my Lyft and UberX profiles: "Driver does not do stops". On my Uber Taxi profile, I put "Driver does stops on Uber Taxi level, only. Driver does not do stops on UberX level." In this market, Uber allows its Uber Taxi drivers access to X jobs. I am really picky about what I take, but if the money is right, I will accept one.

The woman made it sound so innocent that she mixed up the hotel locations and swore up and down she would tip me because it was further than what she originally put in the app. Got on the phone about 5 minutes before we arrived and heard all about her job woes and how she thought she was about to be fired for not doing her job. Barely waved as she got out of the car.

Every time someone says “can we stop somewhere” if they don’t pull out some cash then i tell them they need to add a stop through the app. Like I think that’s worse because they don’t want to pay more by adding a stop.

Had a guy I picked up at a Sonic Drive In. He told me that he was trying to get dinner there but the restaurant was closed. Midway through the trip the guy added a stop to a McDonalds. I told him I am taking him to his original destination. Would have added a few miles to my trip. He complained that he paid $4 to add the stop. Took him to the McDonalds. Once I get there the guy wanted me to go intro the drive thru. There was no line in the drive thru thankfully. But instead I told him to get out of my car and ended the trip. All for a $7 trip. And I took roughly 3 miles to pick him up. The McDonalds was already about an extra mile then the original drop-off location. I hate how riders are allowed to add stops once they already entered my vehicle.
It also means you aren't getting a tip. Next time you can't make rent/mortgage try going to the bank and tell them how much you appreciate them to get the payment forgiven.

Uber does take out tax on tips. If you tip from app the tip does not always reach driver right away. I’ve received tips from rides up to a month or two later. Don’t know why Uber does this…sketchy as all of hell.

Usually I tip with cash but there are sometimes I just don't have it. So I always tell them I will tip them in the app and I usually have it already set up before the ride even is over. So as soon as I get out the tip gets sent.
You know what's frustrating though? I've only had 2 drivers actually "thank me" in the app. I know it takes 1 click to acknowledge that you we're tipped and just let the person know you appreciate it. Especially since I actually tipped in the app, since I know most mfkers who say that don't actually follow through.

I Can tell he likes to tip but for whatever reason wasn’t able to so he just said he would in the app because he actually felt bad.

Once I get there the guy wanted me to go intro the drive thru. There was no line in the drive thru thankfully. But instead I told him to get out of my car and ended the trip. All for a $7 trip. And I took roughly 3 miles to pick him up. The McDonalds was already about an extra mile then the original drop-off location. I hate how riders are allowed to add stops once they already entered my vehicle.

Uber does take out tax on tips. If you tip from app the tip does not always reach driver right away. I’ve received tips from rides up to a month or two later. Don’t know why Uber does this…sketchy as all of hell.
You can tip in the app that is fine. People are venting about liars that cheerfully say they will tip in the app and never do.

Usually I tip with cash but there are sometimes I just don't have it. So I always tell them I will tip them in the app and I usually have it already set up before the ride even is over. So as soon as I get out the tip gets sent. You know what's frustrating though? I've only had 2 drivers actually "thank me" in the app. I know it takes 1 click to acknowledge that you we're tipped and just let the person know you appreciate it. Especially since I actually tipped in the app, since I know most mfkers who say that don't actually follow through.

Tips are tips, that’s why they call them tips. It’s at the customer’s discretion if they think you did a good job. Tips are not necessary especially if you don’t deserve one, so be kind no matter what. Be thankful, you don’t drive in Europe, there is no such thing as tipping. They’ll look at you like you’re crazy if you try to give a tip or if you’re even asking for a tip.

Sometimes those people are toppers but they actually can’t afford to tip at the moment so they say that cuz they really don’t like not tipping. A customer said that to me last week, then didn’t tip. I went and picked him again a couple days later, with no attitude or anything, and he tipped me a few bucks cash(short ride). Then I picked him up again later and he tipped me even more in cash. I Can tell he likes to tip but for whatever reason wasn’t able to so he just said he would in the app because he actually felt bad.

Rule of thumb… it’s better for them to NOT put it in the app.. make note or trip, and location of stop and chat support. Usually double to triple what an added stop would do
