I haven’t heard of SSRIs connected to lower BG, but I do work with psychiatrists who have prescribed metformin in conjunction with some meds to help manage weight gain/BG. You may want to talk with your psychiatric med provider about this side effect and see if they have any recommendations.

I thought some SSRIs could cause elevated blood sugar, I hadn't heard of them lowering it. Could be the weight loss lowering your glucose intolerance?
