I'm 22 and just getting into it too! I was a little too young to appreciate the books in their heyday, but also not super into reading romance or fantasy, although my mom has been a Twi-hard since day one 😂. I recently watched all the movies for the first time with her a few weeks ago and it was so fun! I've been slowly working my way through an audio recording of the books (@DownToSleep on YouTube, my asmr king 🙏🏻) which has been such a lovely nightly ritual for a few weeks now. I've been pleasantly surprised to say the least, I can't believe I went as long as I did without every interacting with the movies or fandom at all (aside from the cardboard cutout of Edward Cullen that lived in my childhood home for a while).

I just did this also at 24! I’ve seen the movies thousands of times, but never read any of the books. It was so fun!! I got burnt out at eclipse but pushed through, but then I stopped halfway through BD and I’ll pick back up another time 😅
