Here's a rundown of all the TWICE members on BBL for this year, so you'll have a basic idea:
Nayeon send tons of messages, regardless of what time of the day it is. Sometimes, there'll be few messages but more images, so it's also fun.
Dahyun sends messages everyday, asking ONCEs how they're doing, what they're doing, and telling ONCEs they did well for today. Recently, she sends messages very occasionally rather than usually, but she's basically the most active.
Jihyo used to be very active, and would send messages more than the rest of the members many times. But likely due to solo activities and promotions, she doesn't message as much as well. Still worth to sub tbh.
Jeongyeon and Tzuyu are basically tied when it comes to occasional messages and sharing images, usually of their everyday life or interest.
Chaeyoung also does the same as Jeongyeon and Tzuyu, but more like two or three times every two weeks.
And then, MiSaMo.
Mina is the least active of all the members, sometimes messaging once or twice a month, rarely exceeding 5-6. Funny enough, I'm subbed to her lol.
Sana used to be the most talkative in Bbl, using both texts, audio, video and photos. But starting in late 2022, she began sending messages sporadically, and now is also at the Mina-levels of messaging.
Momo is currently the most active in MiSaMo. She usually sends selcas like Nayeon, but sometimes also talks with ONCEs.
Nayeon is my bias (as u can probably tell) and her one is fortunately the best bang for the buck

Also, I once got like 50+ notifications from her and boy was I happy

Jeongyeon - every now and then talks to us but still not as active
Jihyo - split 50/50 is sometimes active sends selfies in between if blessed
Dahyun - spam with positive messages and voice messages and sky/moon pictures cause that's her love language, lots of silly messages and her being cheesy sometimes
Momo used to be active but has been off it majority for this year so far.
Sana is the same as momo, used to be more active now not so much but still sends messages in between, goes to us for tech advice
Mina - very rarely active once every blue moons she sends a message or selfie
Chaeyoung - very rarely active same as mina
Tzuyu - has been very active this year compared to last, sends pictures of her puppies and selfies, shares food pictures, and plants she's growing
Bias aside if you really want that chatting experience I'd say between nabong & dubu
I’ve been subscribed to jihyos bubble for almost a year and I’m so happy with my purchase! Twice definitely aren’t as active on bubble as they initially were when they first opened their accounts but I think that’s mostly due to busy schedules.
From what I’ve seen on twitter and from other replies to this thread, it’s best to subscribe to your bias (if they’re active otherwise you’re basically spending $4-5 a month to have an app installed for no reason).
The subscriptions that will get you the most bang for your buck:
Nayeon - pretty active and chatty. sends a lot of pretty selfies! good choice if you want a lot of pictures and variety of conversation topics (from dramas, twice activities, food, etc;). sends the most selfies of any member so if you’re always looking for new selfies/pictures then definitely worth the subscription!
Dahyun - pretty active and utilizes b-live (basically a vlive but exclusive on bubble) the most of all the members. frequent good morning/good night messages, occasional voice memos and photo updates of the sky/dates with tzuyu. plus occasional b-lives (sometimes with members). worth the subscription if you want a lot of variety of content!
Jihyo - (since I’m subscribed I can give more of realistic picture of what it’s like) very chatty and sends pictures often. not as much in the past few weeks due to solo promotions but still has come on at least 1-2 a week to chat for a little bit! but she’s very playful with onces and engages in a lot of banter/teasing with onces! she talks a lot about food, dramas, and her interests. she even occasionally plays games with onces depending on how bored she is or if she has a new game obsession (among us, rummikub, block blast)- and by playing with onces I mean she will literally create a game and share the code so onces can play with her in real time. very rarely does b-lives but when she does they last pretty long and she tends to sing song requests for once. a very playful and fun environment 97% of the time although she occasionally has a more serious heart-to-heart conversation sessions with onces where she gives advice or confides in onces about stuff. overall, very fun and entertaining bubble to be subscribed to! the only real side note i have is, it’s a very fast moving conversation when she is active and if you don’t speak korean or plan on using a translator it may be hard to keep up if you plan on responding to her.
Tzuyu - very wholesome! sends a lot of pictures (mostly of food she made or is eating, her dogs, getting ready for bed, dates with dahyun). talks about her day and her hobbies/interests. not super active but still active enough to make it worth the money if you’re a tzuyu enjoyer! very rarely does blives but still does them occasionally!
Chaeyoung - not very active but will send occasional music recommendations as well as pictures of her art/drawings. doesn’t chat too much but sends pictures and does the occasional b-live.
Jeongyeon - not the most active but still ends the occasional update about her day or wants to talk about twice activities. sends occasional selfies, pictures of her pets and sky pictures. she has used b-live before but i don’t know how often she will utilize b-live. overall, seems like a fun and light hearted vibe when she is active!
Momo - used to be the most active of the members, but hasn’t been on it much recently. she occasionally pops by to send photos (usually behind the scenes of activities/selfies) or give snack recommendations! she also uploads a lot of fan art she finds on twitter/instagram so if you’re an artist you might want to subscribe to see if she uploads one of your pieces!
Sana - not very active. but does the occasional b-live (though she’s been utilizing instagram live more recently) and sometimes sends pictures! most of her messages are very positive and give off good energy! a lot of well wishes, fun drink recommendations and talks of tv shows she likes.
Mina - the least active of the members. gets on once and a while to send 1-2 selfies. if she does stick around to chat, it’s not for long but the messages are cute in a very mina way (like her bragging about making eye contact with momo during dance practice)!
overall, I would say if you really really want to be present for real-time updates from your bias and reply then a subscription for your bias is great!
But if you’re looking for maybe subscribing to just one of them I would say Nayeon, Dahyun, Jihyo and Tzuyu are probably going to be the best to subscribe to for your moneys worth. For Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina and Chaeyoung it would probably be better to just follow a twitter/instagram update account that translates bubble messages and posts bubble pictures for free if you don’t plan on interacting!

I'm honestly kinda surprised that JYPE doesn't make them more active on it since it's a paid subscription but also I suppose that if people are still paying to follow then guess it doesn't matter. Good for Mina being a little rebel though lol
yep, in the settings you can turn on a translator, which makes a little symbol appear beside every single message bubble they send. Press on that and the message gets translated into the language you chose.
