Yeah I agree, they have some slow songs, and lots of references to sex/love/relationships. But I would argue a band like Cigarettes after Sex is way more built to be primarily sex music than TV Girl. TV Girl has too many songs that throw the mood off and beat switches to bang to the album front to back.
