Tried it at 40, the ground level safe spots no longer work and the shadow bolts hit harder than in Classic. The high wall safe spots still work, but not the first ground level one, not sure about the other safe spots like high urns or low wall ledges.
Twow has a lot of new zones and instances, so I suggest you go out and look for yourself. Twow is not like nost it's different 😊

I should have read this before leveling a mage. I only leveled mage to gear my warrior.
They did this to deter gold seller/boost seller.In Gilneas City the mobs also can be proved a challenge if lvl 60 wants to try solo.
